This is an excellent budget hotel surrounded by plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room is sizeable, but the bathroom may need some improvements on hygiene. For a short stay (2 nights or less), the hotel is worth the visit. Cheerful staff as well.

The whole hotel is dirty and run down. Don't trust the photos which must have been taken at least 5 years ago.

The rooms aren't exactly clean, especially the bathroom. The walls are filthy and nothing looks like it's been cared for.

The lift is the only realistic way to upper floors unless you want to use the dirtiest, dodgiest set of external stairs I've ever seen. No thank you.

The cherry on the top was when I asked for a recommendation for a good massage (frankly all the places nearby look dodgy) and was told they would send a lady to my room; 400 1 hour spa massage. It was the worst massage experience I've ever had, the woman wanted to charge 700, not 400 as I'd agreed. She was so bad I told her to stop after 15 minutes and between her and the receptionist they tried to charge me 400 for less than 20mins.

Do not trust them. Don't give them your money. Go somewhere else.

Room is very small. Just nice for a queen size bed only. No ventilator in bathroom. Make sure your waste is not smelly or the whole room will stink. Air conditioner is not cold even after service as the compressor keep cutting off even set temperature at 18.

Dont stay in this hotel.

The hotel reception arranged massage to come to room, mentioning 1hr45m for 300 bath. The sessions end up only 1 hr and the massage person left. Went to complaint at the front desk - intend not to get back the few hundred bath but to ensure this not happened to other tourists.

The owner/ manager called the massage parlour to verify and of course they mentioned that they did the full 1hr45min. Both of the parties were related of course and they just indicated that we lied.

Requested to see the CCTV and the owner/manager refused. End up he threatened to call the police to come and said that we cannot leave Thailand in that case once the police come.

This is a horrible experience that for me & my family. If someone threatened you with police to make sure you cannot leave his country - then you know these are not the right place you will want to even consider.

Stay away

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night for my family. Rooms was very clean and looked very new. Reception miss Ana was very efficient to check us in even at 9.30am. Shower pressure was really good. Within walking distance to 7-11, delicious street food 1 minute walk away, central lee garden 15 leisurely walk. Try the nearby congee shop, pau & siewmai shop..very good!!! Will consider staying here again.

The hotel lobby seems newly refurbished but not the room. A small balcony but the surrounding smells unpleasantly. The rooms is moderate with cold air cond. No breakfast available although there is a restaurant. No problem as there are lots of eateries around. Not close to train station or bus station. Friendly english speaking staffs.
