Agree with majority of comments of rooms, spacious with nice balcony and lovely pool. Good prices but the breakfast is a let down. The staff can't interact well with their limited English. You have to leave a cash deposit and they check the room before you leave. I was charged 100 baht for 2 small water from mini bar. I...

Relaxed stay in a lovely big room with balcony and at a bargain price. Good pool too. Would have stayed longer if I could. Not too far away from the beach and some excellent restaurants very close by.

This hotel is a real deal. Even though it is not located at the beach, you can get there within 5 minutes using the provided bicycles. Plus there is 7-Eleven and Family Mart right across the street for your little midnight-snack. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped regarding the price you pay. Bathrooms are surprisingly big and feature bath-tub...

The Room was clean but well used. The tiles in the Bathroom was loose and I hurt my feets. The bed was broken off the Wall and the TV was at least 10years old. The AC don't work well and was noisy. Check in Staff was nice but asked me to pay the 2nd night Cash or add 3% Service...

300 metres to the beach where you can ride ponies/banana boats pulled by jet ski or just chill under the umbrellas and trees. We hired recliners, with towels had beers / lunch and paid 800 baht. Air Space is a recently opened restaurant, awesome, and it's just down the road. 7/11 and Family mart are across the street. The hotel rooms for1200baht...

Very well located in a small village close to the beach not yet overwhelmed by tourism, still retains an authentic Thai atmosphere. My room overlooking the hill and temple complex was a good size, modern bathroom both impeccably clean and well presented. Complimentary use of bicycles was a benefit and the pool, though small, was refreshing. Breakfast (serve yourself buffet) was...

If you're not familiar with Hua Hin, this is located at the southern reach of Hua Hin in a quiet area, with a handful of hotel/resorts nearby. I was in room 408 and had a huge room with bathtub and pool view. Getting to town (Market Village for arguments sake.) was 10baht (15b after 7pm) on the Songtaew's that operated...

This place is very average indeed. The rooms, although spacious and clean, are basic and sparsely decorated as is the rest of the hotel. Not much luxury here. The staff, for the most part, cannot even be bothered to look at you. Not much friendliness there. The breakfast is average, although the presence of an egg-chef is a welcome treat....

I have been to Hua Hin few times over the last 20 years and the area of Talkia is definitively the most pleasant of hua Hin. Far south of the Cha Am big, tall and out of context buildings close to a protected area and in between two Wats and one temple. The hotel itself is located in front of...

“My room was a deluxe on the 4th floor, 403 faces the temple next door, 404 faces the swimming pool both are good, sunset on the balcony in room 403, sunrise in 404 - take your pick! (I moved from 403 to 404 because of a drain smell from the bathroom in late afternoon)”
