Visit year after year. Well located and good value for money. Rooms are clean although a little outdated. Best pool in Hua Hin for a budget hotel and recently refurbished BUT all poolside beds, chairs and umbrellas are now bolted to the ground!

I'm sure there are other budget hotels in the area with friendlier staff, the front desk was not very helpful at all. The rooms in the tower are worn out and the beds were the hardest I've ever encountered. We had to ask for extra blankets for padding. Our friends were lucky to stay in a balcony room which was...

This Hotel is very well located, close to the beach, an easy walk to all the good restaurants and not too far from the night markets. Good parking and a great swimming pool. The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable, with TV, fridge and free wifi. This is usually the first place I book before coming to Hua...

Our last visit to this wonderful establishment was in March. However, we have stayed at the PP Villa a number of times in the last ten years. Indeed, it is our favourite hotel in Hua Hin. While the rooms are old it is a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are complete with an efficient air con, television, fridge, safe...

The rooms are old. For the price of 1300 baht a night at least the rooms should be cleaner and the shower should have hot water. Receptionist is rude as well. It is not recommended to stay at this hotel and cleaner newer hotels nearby for 1400baht only. This was a big mistake to stay here

Location is just great and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town. I have stayed many times and have always found the rooms to be clean, it has a small secured car park in the front, a very nice pool and the staff are very helpful and always pleasant......My first choice when I travel to Hua Hin.
