We stayed at this mesmerising place for 05 days. It’s an oasis of calm and slow luxury. what makes this place really amazing is the staff here, they are the real assets. They all are so attentive and serving with a warm smile. The rooms, the restaurant, the pool side and it’s bars are all amazing and serve great cocktails. The check in experience was seamless, BY Ms.NATTY & Ms.CHA, they’re quick and have knowledge about the city attractions. the lovely ginger pomegranate drink they served us with cold towels was just what guests need & it’s a very thoughtful touch of luxury again as it’s just not sugary prepackaged drink. Mr.BEER like his name is bubbly and always happy to help with bags and everything else you need to ask. Ms NING & Mr. SWICH striked nice conversation & served sumptuous cocktails at the pool bar, most freshest ingredients used. Grab that perfect beach read & head to the pool side or the sunbeds overlooking that pristine white sand beach and the ocean beyond. Cocoo bar is also a delight in the evening breeze. The breakfast spread again has a plethora of international choices, we happily indulged. The staff at breakfast restaurant went above& beyond with their hospitality. Right from the coffee bar person to the manager they are so caring. I’m sharing a few names and really hope that they’re duly rewarded, Mr.JOE had nice conversations with us & he’s very attentive, makes a good leader. PUU at coffee bar is so quick at offering choices & after day 1 remembered exactly what we liked, this is sweet & a step ahead in caring. Then Mr.TIGER , MOD, JIE & APPLE made sure to make to look after every single guests. We noticed how all of them worked hard and put their hearts into everything. The executive chef was around keeping a practiced eye on things. Again these names are some of the people who really made a big difference in how our vacation went; they made it very special. The whole place is Impeccable including the rooms of course so the housekeeping team is doing a great job too. We honestly don’t have a single off comment for this place and are already planning to make a trip back here.…

I came in the grop of family for breakfast. It's a la carte buffet which freshly made to order. The food is fresh and lots of choice. There are range from local food to abf. No doubt, the quality is great as always. In term of service, the staffs are caring and polite. We have great service from staffs especially Tum,Fifa,Puu and Film. 💕

I stayed the intercontinental hua~hin for business trip. I am a diamond ambassador. Now the hotel still renovate but all services still over standard and my expectations. I enjoyed my breakfast and cafe the koi too much. and i would like to say thank you khun Tum and his team for good services. They have service minds and take care all customers. And very important, i got recognized my diamond ambassador status.

The hotel and the residence in particular was simply amazing. Even though renovation work was going on you would hardly know and did not affect our stay one bit. From the Al a carte breakfast (special shout out to TUM who was amazing as was Joe) to the spa. One lady in particular was just the best. Aoff looked after us during our 9 night stay and was on hand to help with so many things. We did not want for anything. She was simply amazing. Lastly the residence was the most fantastic accommodation and thank you to Oliver for supporting with this. The rooms, dinning area and dedicated pool made for the most relaxing holiday in a long while. We will 100% be back and look forward to see the improved beach wing. Well done Intercontinental Hua Hin

Tum was a waiter at the restaurant in the intercontinental hotel hua Hin and he was absolutely outstanding in every way. He was always smiling and happy to see us and remembered our order for drinks every day of the 9 nights we spent there! He truly made our holiday

Me and friends and my adorable cat chose this hotel since it’s pet friendly. The bed was comfy, room was spacious, room service is delicious. All staffs were so attentive and warm, during breakfast we were much assisted by a staff named Tum. He was really passionate to give excellent service and really took care of us. Room was excellent,except that water temperature was not consistent throughout. There is no comb for the room. Breakfast choices limited & everyday is the same. Service is excellent from Tum and crew.

Excellent service from Tum, taking good care of the kids during breakfast session. Nice scenery if the blue sport location with colonial settings inside the room and good access to mall for grocery and dining options. Will surely visit again.
