Spent 2 nights, Considering the price i should say it`s acceptable service level, The food was unexpectedly delicious, The staff are courteous and alerted, The tranquility of the room is not bad, the pool looked small, however, if you try it you`ll feel it`s cozy, the hotel is not far of the city shopping area, furthermore, the hotel provides a comfortable shuttle service, What you really should take care of are mosquitoes, they`re a lot, if you don`t bring anti mosquito body spray you`ll truly suffer

The hotel is only few minutes away from city center by car. My friend and I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon. We booked a Premier Room (with pool access) at the hotel through Booking.com. First mistake, they assigned our room Deluxe Room instead of Premier Room. After insisted that we booked Premier Room they rechecked and found out they reserved wrong room for us. I gave them my ID card and credit card for check in and we calmly waited for them to solve the room problem. Second mistake, staff nearly led us to the wrong room upstairs while our room is actually on the first floor. The luggage, however, were delivered to the wrong room. Third mistake, The room was not clean enough, telephone was covered with dust, as well as some other things in the room. Water in the…

I stayed there for 2 nights and satisfied with staff services. Checked in was smooth with he help of porter who offered the help with luggage and escort us to the room. The room we booked is deluxe room which located on 3rd floor. The room itself is quite big and has all amenity you may need. I also request an iron with board and they immediately sent them to our room to use for the whole period of stay. The breakfast choice was limited but have enough items to get you full if not picky. The hotel is near the shopping mall and Venezia Hua Hin. Also you will get a special discount if book the water park ticket with them. Recommended hotel for a passer by for a couple night ! But don't request any honeymoon benefit or expect them to set it up with flowers. It's the only…

I chose to stay at this hotel on a very last minute. The photos and recent reviews were quite nice and acceptable. No one to blame as it was my own decision but I cannot just leave it without sharing with other travellers. This hotel is located at the very beginning of HuaHin next to Anantara Resort. A very small hotel with 54 rooms, most of the rooms can see the pool except ours which was room 203. It used to be Best Western Hotel in 2014. We checked in 2 days ago, late Friday evening. There were 3 of us and requested an extra bed. Room size wasn't too bad but the bathroom was very small with half was partitioned for shower area. Toiletries was limited and no lotion provided. When bathroom door was open you could no longer stand comfortably in it. It was Thai style wooden door…

Room with pool acess is awesome. Long swimming pool. There are lots of leaves in the pool but it is okay. Many people complained about this issue though. Buffet breakfast is also okay but there are less variety of food compared in two days. Down point is that if you stay next to family with kids, they can be quite annoying with noises and scream. Will come back again, thats for sure :)

I'm check in at hotel on 07/03/16 in room 108 until 09/03/16. Room is clean and beautiful. But the pool is dirty with a lot of leaves.Staff is ok at front office, but at restaurent they didn't do anything to us just only playing mobile phone. Ask for a coffee or tea, pick a knife and frog by yourself. And breakfast on first day is ok have a choice of eat like egg, ham, sausage, boil rice, bread, salad, fresh fruit. In second day no choice of you only egg omlet, bread, salad, fresh fruit, so bad. I'm think we pay the same price 2 day for room. Room beautiful and clean but breakfast is to different. The restaurant near by is very noise. You can't relax on pool in evening time.

First visited this Hotel in 2015 with a tour group(See first review). Visited again in February 2016, and whilst i was happy with the rooms and surrounds, the problems this time lay with the Bar staff and their record keeping/Honesty?. The problems arose when drinks were ordered. The bar and counter staff were very junior. We asked to pay cash for drinks as we went, and this was indeed done. The problem was, when we paid cash, the junior staff members then also filled out a receipt, which in effect "Double Billed" the customer. So upon checking out the tour company was hounded for payment, which was not our issue but the inability of the hotel to keep accurate and comprehensive records of their guests account. So the question is, "Where did the cash paid for the drinks at the…

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The receptionists attended to our every request with great efficiency. The food in the restaurant was very tasty as was the breakfast on the first morning; however, we didn't bother with breakfast on the second morning as it didn't look that appertizing and the staff appeared overwhelmed by the amount of guests wanting to eat. The room was comfortable and opened up directly onto the swimming pool which added that extra bit of luxury. The only problem was the amount of mosquitos in the room, it became a constant battle with them. This could easily be eradicated by putting an electric mosquito trap in the room along with a spray to kill them. The WiFi connection kept dropping…

The staff in this Hotel are so incompetent and ruined my stay. The rooms themselves are quite good and ours overlooked the beautiful pool but all this was spoilt by staff incompetence and they don't seem to care. We had drinks around the pool and from the beginning wished to pay cash. They would not do this, after we finished my friends and i went and settled our account, although they did not give us a receipt. The next day I checked out of our room and paid for the minibar from the room. Before our group left the carpark they confronted us and.told us we had not paid the pool bill and a lunchtime bill from the previous day even though we booked in after lunch. They then hounded our Tour Leader for days after until they finally paid the bill. Thia is wrong and totally…
