Re City Beach hotel, Hua Hin
Certainly the hotel would be OK for wheelchair use. There are ramps outside, plenty of space inside, lifts to all floors and wide, easily accessible corridors to rooms. Access to the large dining room area is easy as well. I took my sister to the hotel, she uses a wheelchair and we had no problems.
Re the interconnecting rooms I just cannot remember for certain. I think there is from the more expensive rooms but cannot recall the smaller rooms. My partner thinks there is.
If you pay by credit card the hotel charges you 7% on the bill. Normal in Thailand is 3%. Worth remembering.
