When we arrived we were greeted by very nice staff. Unfortunately, we were told that they were full when we booked so they booked us in next door, into Bamboo YA. Why were we able to book if they were full?! They clearly moved us for someone else. I was so tired I couldn't argue with them at the time...

Great location between death railway bridge and the night life street. We rented bicycles from a friendly man named Tony at the end of our alley for 50B a day and it made this location perfect for our weeklong stay. About a 15 minute bike ride to the bus station to get to erawan falls and hellfire pass. Stayed in...

This place was very quaint and quiet. Close to the market and the Kwai River bridge and train tracks. Good for one, maybe two nights, beds are a bit hard and there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so water kind of gets everywhere. But over all enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and...

Found this off the path place within 300 meters of the River Kwai Bridge and shops. The place is spacious, clean, and cold AC for these hot days. Completely secluded and safe. Free breakfast from 7am - 10am. No in-room safe, but no worries, your belongings are safe as there is house employees 24 hrs.

My girlfriend picked out this place using Trip Advisor - spot on! Excellent value and a very pleasant stay. We stayed in the second bamboo bungalow on the left as you approach the bungalows. We had air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, a nice little porch to spend some time reading on, fridge, 2 free bottles of water every day,...

Stayed in one of the rooms away from the river for a few days to see the sights around Kanchanaburi. We were in the room right next to reception - all we could hear were the 3 noisy receptionists constantly shouting at each other or the TV blaring. Blocked drain so the bathroom filled up every time we showered, 1...

After arriving super early on the morning of our intended stay, the front desk were awesome in helping us out with a map to find breakfast restaurants and give us places to rent motorbikes. We were staying up in the main building in 2 twin bed rooms. The set ups were perfect with a strong WiFi connection, the beds were...

No frills, no air conditioning. Basic is an understatement. Something kept talking to us in the night which was a bit freaky. But beautiful setting, right on the river. Breakfast not good and open to the elements (birdpoo rice anyone?) But staff friendly and helpful. Great experience and lovely setting great for the kwai bridge railway.

I stumbled across this place when travelling with a friend and can't even explain the stay we had. We were in one of the floating huts (the one on left hand side). Yes, it's simple and I wouldn't say it's for everyone, however we had the most amazing time here. It's so peaceful and quiet and the view across the...

If you are seeking for a peaceful natural place to stay, Bamboo House is the place to be. Food was also good. Guest house is very clean. It is located by the river. Good location you can walk to the rail bridege and market.
