The nice and quiet fan worked which was enough 3 minutes walk to sea front and restaurants breakfast was good at the bungalow resturant but they didn't open early enough for those that want to go out for trips!...

We had a fan bungalow for five days - it was simple, but nice and clean. Didn't have furniture, only bed and a wall shelf, but most of the time we were sitting outside, at the terrace with a proper table and chairs. The place is relatively close to the beach, but is so much more quiet, which for us...

Went here for a cheap western breakfast of fresh fruit salad muesli and yoghurt which was delicious. The restaurant opens at 7.30am and so may possibly be the only place open before 11am this end of the beach. The service was poor, and we weren't asked if we would like a drink, just took the muesli order and left' and...

We stayed three nights at the Cashew nut. It is at the quieter place side of town, but with a 5 minute walk you'll reach the big, touristic places. Close by the beach, good food and breakfast. You stay in a cute little bungalow with a nice fan. Only downside were the many many ants that would get everywhere. Friendly...

I travelled with my husband and three girlfriends. We stayed two nights and they stayed 4. The ladies at reception were friendly and nice playing with their children. As night came we went to town and had dinner and a few drinks. My husband and 2 of the ladies went home earlier. When we came home there were three men...

We enjoyed our two night stay at the family run Cashew Nut Bungalow. Basic bungalows but clean (Thai standards). 700 Bhat with fan, no mosquito net. The sisters who run the Cashew Nut are friendly and very helpful. We hired a new scooter from them for 200 Bhat, they arranged taxi to the air port at no extra charge. They...

We traveled around Thailand for two weeks and ended up here for one night. The staff were very friendly and showed us to our bungalow which was the furthest away. The room was quite large but very basic, however it was clean. The room was equipped with a queen sized bed, a single bed and a wooden bench.. Aircon worked...

The Cashew Nut bungalow is a quite good place to stay with low budget. We stayed there 2 nights. The rooms are quite tiny but to be honest you don't really need a very big room, because you usually you are just sleeping there. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The only thing was they don't have a mosquito...

If you want to stay at Noppharat Thara beach outside of Ao Nang crowded town, this might be a place to stay. The beach is 100m away, less crowded. It is easy to go to Ao Nang and to start different day trips. Cashew Nut is ok - nice and helpful staff, much nicer Bungalows than the Laughing Gecko next...
