Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong is renowned for its cleanliness, boasting rooms and facilities that are modern and well-kept, save for a rare complaint about sheets. The amenities, especially the stunning rooftop pool and varied breakfast options, receive high marks. While offering reasonable rates and member discounts, some guests note prices can be steep at times. The rooms are stylish and cozy, yet noise can be an issue for some. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere, accentuated by live music, along with its convenient location close to beachside attractions, are widely celebrated. Despite occasional hiccups during peak times, the service is lauded for being exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The lobby felt immediately like we were in a luxury resort in Hawaii. Matthew checked us in while a porter took care of our luggage and we were given a welcome drink. The entire experience was great at check in. Upon arrival to the room, once again impressed. The room is large, nice balcony overlooking the pool with a daybed like sofa, spacious bathroom, all modern styled. The beds are VERY comfortable. In the evening we could hear some music from a bar next door coming through the open breezeway, but once we closed the door to the room it was quiet. Absolutely zero complaints with the room. Loved the bathroom amenities, although I have forgotten the brand.

For context, we are IHG One Rewards members with Diamond Status which allows us to choose an amenity upon arrival and we chose daily breakfast. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many choices. Your order your coffee and eggs from a menu, and everything else is on the buffet and includes options for all palettes. Great idea on the egg orders as it does away with a long line at an omelette station. The servers took great care of us each morning.

For evening, we had a dinner at Butcher's Garden. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend, and as IHG One Rewards members, we received a 20% discount. We had snacks and cocktails another night at Pots, Pints and Tikis. The food and service were very good, and the open air atmosphere with live entertainment under the trees was quite nice. They have a brick oven pizza and they looked delicious coming out. We didn't get to try them this time, but something for our next trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect for all of our needs. It is a very short walk down to the beach, and there is a 7-Eleven on the first floor (opposite end from the lobby) which is very convenient for any snacks or forgotten items. Also along the first floor is a large assortment of restaurants with all types of cuisine. Truly convenient in every way. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Indigo on our next trip to Phuket.

The hotel is well located, access to the beach is an 8-minute walk away, this hotel is ideally located for people wishing to enjoy the day and night life of Patong. The rooms, especially those overlooking the garden, are the quietest; they are furnished in a contemporary style, the bedding is very pleasant, avoid the rooms overlooking the street, the noise there is infernal. The rooftop pool is quite large and I always found a sun lounger there. The pool service staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are very average not in terms of choice but in terms of quality of products, especially the bakery part which is not up to standard at all. In fact this hotel is a good 4 star but by no means a 5 star. The value for money is good for this level of hotel.

Beautiful 5 star hotel in a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the main shopping area.

There's is a food market also just a few minutes walk away. Staff at the hotel are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with table service for most hot food and buffet for the rest of the dishes. Large choice of different foods to chose from, from Thai to Indian curries every morning it was different dishes.

Roof top bar was also lovely beside the outdoor swimming pool. The cocktails are pricey but lovely, happy hour is between 5-7pm when most drinks are buy one and get one free. Mai Tai was the best cocktail on the menu.

Rooms where modern and seemed to be newly renovated, large flat screen TV with surround sound which also worked in the shower which is well amazing. I would stay in this hotel again.

We went on an early morning tour and the hotel provided us with a breakfast bag and beach towels which I thought was a lovely little extra. They went that extra mile which I loved.

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel reception, and a small problem was solved immediately.

The room was super nice and always well cooled, so it was always a relief to come in from outside.

The pictures you see of the entire hotel complex correspond 1/1 to what you see on site.

We had booked including breakfast, so I can only speak about the breakfast and the location where the 3 meals take place.

There was a very large selection at breakfast, a nice ambience and very polite staff.

The roof top pool (infinity pool) is very nice, except that it could do with more lighting in the evening, a bar and can also be reached from the middle of the pool. Of course there are also sun loungers available.

There is also a roof top cinema, at least we had one. The compact fitness studio with very good equipment is also highly recommended, after training you can also ideally go straight to the sauna, which is in the same section of the fitness studio.

The entrance to the reception is very open and beautifully designed, as is the rest of the hotel's furnishings. You can tell from the interior design and planning that they knew exactly what they were doing and that gave the hotel its own appealing look.

Cleanliness is a top priority here, you come across a cleaner everywhere at any time of day.

All in all, highly recommended 10/10

We stayed here a few days on our round trip... The first room was a bit dirty... We were greeted by a large spider web between wardrobe and door. We were able to change this without any problems.

Our room was unfortunately on the main road. Loud music, party-happy groups of people and frenzied motorcycles are common here and never let us sleep through. In general, the room looks quite gloomy, as it is quite darkly decorated.

Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Huge selection of European and Asian dishes. The coffee is very good.

The rooftop pool is a bit old but nice. We were grateful that he was there as the beach was extremely touristy and far too crowded. The drinks at the pool bar were sometimes better and sometimes worse, depending on who was currently on duty, they always tasted different.

With a few exceptions, hotel guests come from Russia and the Arab world. Isolated Asian guests and Europeans are seen. It was disturbing for us to observe how extremely badly the waitresses were treated at breakfast by some guests. In addition, guests from outside brought drinks and food and no one said anything against it.

We would like to express our special thanks to employees Bee, Air, Gam, Hanai and Namtan. They really provided an excellent service, were extremely attentive, fast and always friendly. As courteous as you were, we were rarely served.

Wow, we had a great experience at the Hotel Indigo.

Everyone we encountered was incredible. Especially Pai at check-in made us feel so welcome and explained all the amenities. Our pool bartender who remembered our drink orders and paid special attention to us at breakfast. And Alan at checkout was efficient and helped us settle up quickly so we could get to our taxi waiting outside.

The amenities were superb: the rooftop pool, gym with dry saunas in each locker room, a huge breakfast buffet (which was included for us as IHG diamond members). We also used room service twice and the menu is large and service was always quick.

Location was perfect, close to the beach and to Bangla street where walking was not at all tedious but far enough away to be quiet.

The room was excellent and had nice touches that made the stay upscale. Many lighting options, Nespresso coffee machine, luxury down pillows with nice sheets, robes, slippers, plus lotions and cosmetics in the room were high quality.

The daily drinking water delivered was great and enough for two people, I appreciated that it was a reusable glass service instead of single use plastics.

Our time in Patong was a springboard for a longer Thai trip and we ended up spending more time at the property than we expected and we enjoyed every moment.

I have come to Pots, Pints and Tikis numerous times this year. Every time I visit Phuket this place is a must. Live music every night and the performers are always talented and friendly. I generally hit the happy hour for beer and pizza. The staff is always very attentive, friendly and even remember my name. Not sure if that’s is because I am amazing or they are hmm.. though I wouldn’t keep coming back if they didn’t treat their customers so well. Fah, Sugar and Tiw always greet me before I even step in the restaurant and make sure that my glass is never empty. It really is a fantastic experience that I highly recommend when in Phuket.

This hotel is a hidden gem a 10 minute walk from the middle of Patong. The rooms and decor of this hotel are really, really well done, something you would expect at a luxury boutique hotel. The breakfast buffet is vast and very delicious with great service. The rooftop pool has views of the ocean and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach! Every person we encountered at the hotel had a smile on their face and was eager to please. As someone who stays primarily in Marriott brand family hotels, I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the hotel!

As a platinum member, Indigo didn’t disappoint. Check-in was flawless and my member status upgrade was processed before I even arrived.

The hotel staff were exceptional at every point of contact. Especially breakfast, always a warm greeting and constant follow up offering barista made coffee. The breakfast was an above average offering that caters for lots of different nationalities and taste buds. High attention to detail and very clean. I didn’t get sick or have a single problem for my entire week stay.

I was also very impressed when I asked if I could extend my stay by one day. No trouble at all and facilitated for a price that beat the online rate without even having to ask for it. Very appreciate and impressed at the level of service demonstrated, I certainly felt like a valued guest.

The hotel itself was very clean and modern and I would like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff who to a spectacular job.

The shower is massive, great temperature and water pressure.

The pool was top notch but I didn’t like how noisy and inconsiderate some guests were when me and my friend were trying to relax and have a pleasant swim. The pool bar staff also not as friendly as the rest of the hotel / front desk staff. I’m not complaining, but there was a stark difference between the service at the front desk / breakfast and the pool bar staff.

The location is great, a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to Bangla road. Also amazing 7/11 is in the same building block so I could stock up on drinks and snacks.

Although I didn’t use the hotel laundry facility, it was great the big green building across the road (a cafe) offered a laundry service for 50baht ($2) per kilo. I used them three times and it was amazing! Highly recommend.

Overall a very pleasant stay and I would not have any issues recommending to family and friends which I have already done. I will certainly be staying here again.
