We stayed a whole week here and loved every minute. The resort is at the northern part of Patong and sit on a hillside overlooking the ocean. Beautiful especially at sunset. It is an easy walk to Patong Beach. A man is employed to stop the traffic on the main road and allow us to cross the street onto pavement. There is also a shuttle driving us in the resort up and down the hill. We were also given a voucher to redeem 1kg of fresh fruit from their fruit shop opposite the lobby. There is also a shuttle provided by the hotel for minimal fee to and from Old Phuket Town which we made use of 2 days in a row. Breakfast is an easy walk to a stunning covered outdoor area with a beautiful view of the sea. It is a wonderful sumptuous spread of Asian and western styled food. We loved the tropical fruits. We booked a suite with spa and ocean view. It was absolutely fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. This made our first visit to Phuket really special.…

We could not fault this hotel, the staff or the food. We stayed in a jacuzzi room close to the hotel reception, which was spacious. It had a great shower and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The food in the Ocean View Restaurant was very good and all freshly cooked to order. Make sure to treat yourself to a massage. The spa is beautiful, and the therapists are very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall, a good 5 out of 5 experience.

Wishing (again) that trip advisor allowed half points - as this is a 4.5 rating. We were visiting with friends for our anniversary's (with a birthday thrown in). As mentioned in other reviews there are a lot of steps at the resort and it's something to bare in mind if your mobility isn't great. For us, the hotel is in a great location and a walkable distance to Patong Beach. We stayed in a diamond suite room, which was a little tired, but had a fantastic view and was very spacious. The hotel were aware of our celebrations and the bed was decorated with towel swans, flowers and petals with cakes delivered to our room. There is a fruit shop which offers a kg of fruit for 100 THB (we had a free kilo as part of our package), and they chop/slice this for you. The waterfall pool is nice and served some to the best cocktails we had the whole trip. They do a happy hour at the swim up bar 3pm - 5pm which offers a half price cocktail/beer menu. We found the breakfast had a good variety of food and had an egg station which was always popular. We dined at the ocean view restaurant, and food was average there and service a little slow despite being quiet. We found housekeeping to be excellent and the staff throughout the resort from the man who manned the road crossing. shuttle drivers and wait staff always had a ready smile and greeting. My wife and I and friends are still staying at the resort for a few more days. The resort is lovely but we had a problem with the resorts bus to old Phuket Town. We booked a return ticket each at 150 baht per person each way as we were told that a tuk tuk would cost us 800baht for a one way trip back to our resort. It only cost 400baht for all of us to get back at our own expense as we returned earlier due to the heat. My wife informed them at the desk 2 hours before the shuttle had to leave for our pre paid journey to pick us up in Phuket Town. We were the only passengers on the list to be picked up. We asked at reception if we would be able to get a refund. They told us point blank, "no". I think it is unfair as they didn't have to send the bus at all and were only acting on their incorrect information. Hence the lower rating than what it would have been. …

The food was great, the room large and comfortable and the staff made the week delightful. The gardens are pretty and the pools lovely. There are lots of stairs but it didn’t bother us. It’s an easy walk to Patong Beach from here for exploring.

Highly recommend. We stayed in one of the beautiful Villas and could not have have asked for anything more! The location is amazing and the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating staff. From first day we were greeted with a very wide smile from Front desk reception specially Salamanhee. A very good greetings and smooth check in . Also cudos to Mr Chula who guided us on our first day and throughout of our stay. The restaurant manager Mr Adul took care of us. And very big thank Ms Nok, for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
