I was only here as it was a business trip and was advised by my client that the hotel would suit my needs. Sadly, I didn't check TripAdvisor, had I done so I wouldn't be writing this review. On the plus side all the staff are very friendly and helpful, although often sign language is needed. For me the major...

The view from your window and pool is beautiful, just stunning!! The food at the restaurant at dinner was excellent! The breakfast was ok, not amazing. Not sure Why there was a difference in quality. The accommodations were average. Clean and nice bathroom but cramped for 4 people. I would recommend only for a family that wanted a relaxing, secluded...

We stayed at Supalai for two nights prior to a sailing trip from the nearby Ao Po marina. The hotel is focused on tour groups from China so is busy late at night and early morning and otherwise seemed deserted. The hotel and rooms are in generally shabby condition, service is haphazard, food is truly appalling. Read the other reviews...

Location in the middle of nowhere is ok for a quiet family holiday but the hotel seems geared to package tours so it's anything but quiet when a delivery of new guests pour out of the buses... Hotel is tired, down at heel, high on a hill so not good for walks or sightseeing on foot (nothing to see in...

We only stayed here for one night. We wanted to catch an early ferry the next day. The staff were very friendly and although their English wasn't good we managed to arrange ferry transfers, check in and checkout with no problems and a lot of smiles. The room was nice....nothing special but clean and airy with a beautiful view. The...

I REPEAT WE WERE "FOOD POISONED" and was throwing up for 5 days 3.) You wont see Phuket at all if you stay here. VERY VERY VERY FAR from everything 4.)...

We stayed here for one night to be close to the pier. I would not recommend staying at this resort even if you are looking for privacy because once you get there it feels more like being stranded. Even though there were few guests the staff were still hard to find sometimes. The taxi ride into town would be a...

We had booked 9 days however changed down to two. The resort was very remote, we could most likely have figured that out :-), but didn't and the other guests were Chinese group teavellers most using the hotel as a place to sleep so there was little life during the day and thus we decided to go further south. Great...

We stayed at the Supalai Resort for one night as we arrived in Phuket quite late and needed somewhere close to Ao Po Grand Marina to travel onwards for the rest of our trip. In an isolated location, on the side of a hill with it's own small catered beach below. Eating is limited to the restaurant but close assess to the two main jetties and marina. Most suitable for relaxing in style and comfort for a few days. Magnificent views from bedrooms and facilities.

Subject: Suspected syndicate in scamming hotel guest

To Supalai Hotel Management,

Please take note that to-date we have yet to receive any respond from your management with regard to the complaint form I submitted on behalf of my friend on 22nd September 2016 as attached.

He expect a satisfactory explanation, action and compensation in return for the THB5,000 loss he suffered as payment threatened demanded by the impersonal cum con artist which was supported by your hotel staff and we suspect that it is a syndicate your staff teamed up with outsider.

We reserved our right to make police report as we have video clips showing your staff holding the room files with our private and confidential details which he purposely went reception desk and bring it instead of bringing security guards which was what we expect.

As mentioned in the complaint form, please answer us that why would your staff which was already in our room witnessed the emotional uncontrollable and dangerous transgender hitting her head herself had failed to help us vacating her and went out and come back to our room with our room file ? instead going out and come back with security personnel or to get more help to assist your room guests whom was in dangerous situation? Bringing our room files with all our passports to show to the transgender is totally not helping the situation, unacceptable and putting your room guests at more risks by exposing our particulars.

Is it your hotel's policy not to put your hotel guests' safety in the first place? And shows your guests photocopy passports to outsider without your guests' consent?

Please respond within two days before we cc this email to the followings parties
