From the outside it looks great. The problem is inside.
Rooms are big with a great view over the pools and beach.
The problem was it was dirty and smelly. I'm not picky but the breakfast was one of the worst I've had.

What an amazing holiday we had. We travelled to Tunisia and picked Royal Thalassa as our hotel and we are glad we did. We were kindly greeted with refreshments and helped with our cases. As we arrived around lunchtime, we were given our wristbands and taken straight down to eat.

This is a typical tourist hotel that caters for the people who go to Tunisia for the sun. It does this very very well but as a 'business traveller' it was a little disconcerting to find people off to the pool at 08:00 in the morning as I prepared to go off to work.
Still, the ser

Hotel is clean and beautiful. The pool is magnificent.
The beach was dirty, due to a storm a few days before.
The food was moderate.
The (all-in) drinks could be better.
The personnel however was outstanding and I want to make a personal recommendation for nurse Riadh, who was ver

Hello, I have 2 questions 1) has this hotel gone downhill or something because it's classed as a 5 star hotel but the reviews lately have been quite bad? 2) what is safety like in tunisia currently? Is there a lot of security about? I'm really worried about safety in tunisia since 2015. Do I have anything to worry about Thank you
This hotel is barely 4* I am here on holiday and I have a major review coming up. The hotel is very broken and there's many things wrong with it. I can guarantee it is NOT 5 star. They don't even give you soap and shampoo everyday. Do not ignore the negative reviews. I wish I hadn't.

Hi we are planning on going to this hotel. Please could anyone explain what restaurants are on site. We would book all inclusive so want to know if it's easy to get reservation in any restaurants on site. And also what cuisine they serve. Thank you.
there is one main restaurant and one a la carte restaurant where you can not choose the menu, yep, that's riight what you read. They make there own menu and basicly it's what you find in the main restaurant but served on a different way. The food is not of top quality and they serve a lot of second choice meat and fish. lot's of the same and not a big choice.
