Beach is OK, but without shadows. Two hundred meters on the west is hotel Palm Marina, much better. It is also El Mouradi line...

Bath rail coming out of the tiles. Flooded rooms during thunderstorm. Had to change rooms 3 times and all as bad as each other. Staff unhelpful and rude if...

Eventually got a tatty looking key and taken to our room by a very helpful porter. Our room was basic but functional and slightly erring towards being cramped. The room was...

“I don't think any rooms this hotel could be considered a 'good' room- but it's worth asking to have your room changed if you're not happy with it. Rooms are in blocks- low number rooms beginning 01, 02 etc are near to the main complex, whilst blocks beginning 50, 51 etc are furthest away, about a 5 minute walk.”
