Definately not a 4* hotel. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful but the hotel itself I would not stay in again. The rooms were run down, grubby, dirty furniture, a sink that leaked water everywhere. It felt like a run down 70’s porn set in the bedroom. Definitely needs some money spending on it to revamp and make an actual 4*. Not worth the money. The beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete woke up with back ache 2 mornings. Didn’t even try the breakfast we just went straight out. Maybe reduce the pricing to stay or re star this hotel. Couldn’t wait to leave.

This beautiful hotel is exceptionally well run, from parking your car for you, providing delightful rooms and a superb breakfast to meeting every need and the lovely pool… Its situation on the edge of the Old Town is perfect. Thank you, Seda, Aysha and your wonderful team for perfect stays over many years.

Great location for downtown Antalya. Staff very friendly, the rooms are reasonably priced and have good amenities. The court yard is a great place to enjoy the sun. Booked two rooms as went with family, young families may find the open pool area challenging. Breakfast served as a buffet which was fine. If I could offer advice , vegan options might be considered in the restaurant. The layout around a court yard was great. Some rooms might here the noise from the street, but our rooms were fine. Perhaps some moe TLC in some areas, but hotels still recovering from covid and travel restrictions, so perfectly happy with our stay overall.

Watch the movie Best Marigold Hotel if you want to get a sense of this hotel experience. It is on the main street in Antalya but the rooms are set back in three historic houses/buildings. There was no street noise which is the best thing that could be said for the hotel. The rooms were stuffy, especially when the air conditioning was turned off for the season without warning! It was too cold for us to swim but the pool was a good size and maintained with chemicals. The breakfasts were okay, although the food never was hot. The location was excellent for getting to waterfront, old city, shopping, hammam, restaurants.

So we arrived early, reception very friendly and we were able to check in early. We were offered an upgraded room, but this was another €50 a night and we were already paying €100 so we decided not to. Hotel had a pool, with a few sun loungers. Saw birds and cats drinking from pool which put us off- assume it did not have chlorine in it. Breakfast - toaster wasn’t working, which was eventually taken away as everyone kept trying it. Hot food was cold. Cake had been cut and left out for too long- had started going crusty round edges. The room- tiny- we were there 2 nights but could have not stayed for longer. Whole room needed spruce/lick of paint- pictures must be from when it first opened and the rooms have not worn well. Curtains didn’t close meaning all the sun came in first thing, although this was not an issue as our room was next to reception which meant you were awake because you’d hear every conversation, phone ring, door squeak, cat squabble- the walls were paper thin. Had we been there longer than 2 nights we’d have asked to move or have left. If you are offered a room near the reception do not take it, ask for one in courtyard around pool which we think would have been quieter. We spent rest of our time in an air bnb inside the old town- cheaper and much more modern/5* like (you just don’t get the swimming pool). Verdict- save your money or go with very low expectations

My husband and I joined a group of six other travelers on a two week tour of Turkey. We stayed here three nights and toured all around, including the town. Location is very good, but beware if you’re here on a weekend — the music and loud crowds can be disturbing. We absolutely loved the pool area, complete with lots of adorable cats. So cute! Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices. Dinner, however, was mixed. The chicken was very good, but the mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold, and there was no salad dressing for the salad. The rooms were small, and we actually got an upgraded room. No place to put things in the bathroom, and we had to ask for shampoo.

Friendly & helpful staff; nice pool; Turkish-style breakfast buffet with nice coffee selection. Convenient location in/ near the Old Town with lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. The rooms are starting to age a bit, but they were comfortable. There are water issues in Turkey it seems, as we did run out of hot water one night. Take a shower early & you’ll be fine. Tips go a long way to get even better service.

Nice hotel near Hadrian's Gate, the Old Town, and dozens of restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. Nice (free) breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there are lots of stairs. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this pictures are at least 5 years old if you decide the book. The hotel is grubby, run down, poor facilities and the highlight of the stay was the location. Also, no hot water at the hotel, complained day after day during the initial few days and all we got was tepid warm. As you’ll see from my pictures the hotel is very shabby, as mentioned highlight was the location. Plenty of shops around which was a blessing. Other lows, awful tacky breakfast we were saved by a Starbucks close by as a family. Staff were okay, but I did have an experience where a member of staff was asking for contributions for a children's charity but advised me to keep any donations secret from staff. All very odd, pleased our stay was 7 days, next time with use an Air BNB given the number of eateries nearby… Elegance East… never ever again
