Awesome location. Amazing views from rooms and the restaurant.
Very easy to reach by car and ample space for parking.
Owner was courteous, offered me to join dinner with his family where they were celebrating the first fishing season. Tried some yummy fish.

Not the highest quality hotel but this is reflected in the price of the room. Very good and helpful staff. Local food of the highest quality. My first time in Turkey and very impressed. Go there and enjoy!

Yes there is a dolmus which is a minibus type vehicle that you hale and takes you all over for a lira or two. It runs every half hour and I think more in the peak season. Walking into town would be around half an hour or so at a steady pace! However if you 'thumbs' a lift people will stop and give you a like in the old days in England! There is a taxi rank in Kaş and the hotel will more be more than happy to call one for you. Hope this helps.
