This was our 5th stay this year in the Kayhanbey. As always staff were welcoming and friendly, rooms clean, comfortable and cleaned daily. However, the same as previous stays the food is not great. This time we were B&B and I only had breakfast once not much variety although it is a Turkish breakfast. On previous stays we were half...

Having stayed in this hotel 7 years ago we decided to stay here again as we had a great time. However this hotel has changed so much since our last stay, the pool was closed the whole time we were there, the curtains in our room were coming down at one end , the toilet flush was hanging off and...

Good location if you are going on the ferry to Samos. Lots of restaurants and a lovely view from the balcony. Friendly staff and clean. The downside was the noise, it can get a bit noisy with the traffic at night in August and the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was pretty basic but ok.

We went back to Kayhanbey in Sep this year (2014) for 2 weeks. Once again found it to be very welcoming, in a great location. Rooms were cleaned daily and clean linen was provided every day. Breakfast was Turkish and was very nice the only complaint was there were no cornflakes. Once again the staff at reception and in the...

You should avoid staying in this hotel. It is so dirty we could not stand it. The cleaning ladies throw the sheet on the floor and then put it back on the bed!!! I had to make the bed myself with clean sheet! They don't use sheet but only blankets. The cups inside the room were used and they haven't...

This hotel was booked for me by a travel agent. The hotel has a great location and that was all that mattered to me. I live in Turkey so I was not upset that it did not have all of the features that are the norm for American hotels. It was clean and the services was good. When traveling I...

I have to be honest and say that if I was paying for a hotel room this would not be a place that I would stay in. However, as I was booked in here by the company I was working for I understand that it probably was not that expensive. Having read the reviews on here I was expecting the...

Had to stay here 2 nights as part of 2 tours. Dirty. Understaffed. Room not ready. Nothing worked. Cleaning srtaff helpful but overworked. No extra pillows. Inexperienced management. Some on tour had stayed here previously and were disappointed as it had gone downhill.

We had to stay here for 1 night through work and had no choice in hotel. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in for sure. Noisy, dirty, the only positive was the location. After traveling for 19 hours all we wanted to do was have a shower and get into bed. We dare not risk having a shower...
