Upon arrival, this is an impressive hotel, which is apparently well known for its thermal spa. However, we didn’t get to sample those due to the pandemic restrictions on spa services at that time. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet despite the hotel’s urban location. However, no matter how nice these are, they are undermined by a poor ventilation system that turns them into ashtray-smelling spaces. We asked to be moved from our first room, where the smoke smell was so strong it gave us a headache. Our next room was ok at first, but when we came back in the evening, we noticed that the bathroom smelled like smoke, so we deduced that the ventilation system was to blame.
I would not make a big deal about it, but if the hotel wants to charge its foreign tourists a higher price than local travellers (as it wanted to do with us), then it should up its game and have specific floors for smokers or non-smokers (or divvy areas based on its ventilation system). Also, please ditch the carpet: it hides so many unknowns that it is best not to think of these.
This apart, the hotel restaurant serves delicious food. We ate there at night. Its breakfast caters to all tastes (it actually has apples!) and is absolutely scrumptious - probably one of the best I have had in Turkey.

I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday. We were booked into this hotel by travel agent.
Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late.
Staff were friendly.
The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags.
We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour.
When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette.
Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air.
Reported same to manager who sent up his technician.
We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better.
Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.

My hotel lobby is very beautiful because of the old antique fire alarm car and old motorbike park in the lobby. Rooms and service are average but dinner and breakfast are delicious and fresh. Hotel staff are not helpful

The worst hotel, we ever went too. We stayed for one night. We were a tour group and everyone in our group complained about the room. The bathroom was really dirty, with mould. I refused to sleep in that condition and were offered the Presidental Room which was more spacious but still dirty with mould. Dinner buffet was terrible, breakfast was slightly better.

This hotel is near the city center. It has a good breakfast, but the glasses and the forks aren't clean. The hotel is very noisy. It isn't a family hotel. The bedroom is very dirty. The bed and the TV are broken. The phone is broken, too. There aren't any clean towels. There aren't refreshments. There is a safe in my room, but not in all rooms. There is an air conditioning. The staff are lovely. There are historical buildings near the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a gym, mini golf and tennis.

My boyfriend and I booked to stay in the superior room with spa bath for Valentine's Day it's fair to say there was nothing superior about it, filthy, hairs all over the smelly carpet, dead flys on window ledge, broken bedside lights, hairs in the bath and dirty clogged in the bottom.

After complaining we got moved to a better room, still dirty but better.
We asked for extra pillows for times, after waiting for almost 4 hours our pillows finally came at 23:30!!

Thermal pool was cold!

COCKROACHE in the ladies hammam was disgusting, hair balls on the floor... Not clean at all!!

Stayed in this hotel as part of tour group. And this is where the problem starts. Since they cater to mass tourist groups which mainly stay for just one night, their service and condition of the rooms become not so good. We had a twin room with extra bed. The twin beds were lumpy and the extra bed sloped so much in the middle it looked as if you can be sandwiched in the middle of it. Water was coming out from a big gash on the water pipe and not the shower head. We reported it to the reception along with tv prob which has no channels working. They promised to send someone up but we waited for hours nobody came. I really hate people in the hospitality industry who lied to your face. In the end we had to take bath through the pipe gash! And this coming from a 3 to 4 stars hotel. Cleanliness was average and the lighting was seriously lacking.
The only redeeming point was the buffet breakfast and dinner. Good choice overall and the staffs at the dining area were friendly. Unlike the snobbish and dishonest receptionists.
Won’t return and I hope tour groups would direct business to better hotels.

We went there with my wife. The location was perfect and the breakfast was magnificent.
The service quality was extremely high.
The pool was clean and large and the water was coming from healing springs of Uludağ.
The owner of the Hotel Murat Ahman himself who is very kind Gentleman spends majority of his time at hotel to improve the service and breakfast quality.
I strongly advise everyone to stay at this Hotel.

The AirCon, telephone, standing lamp, hot water for shower were not working. There was cotton buds box available but once we open it, there was nothing inside. The staffs didn’t care enough about the guests. I stayed with total 28 persons in a group & almost all of us had the some problems in our rooms. I would never recommend this hotel.

Tiara hotel has perfect location in the heart of Bursa, with direct access to the old town and access to the main road to the new town which has new shopping malls. The new high Street Fatih Sultan Mohammed only 10-15 min by drive, near by restaurants and Cafe's. The hotel inside is so cosy, and the room which is deluxe double single occupy has great size as in pictures. Only two things which I dislike, 1st my window view is on car parking behind the hotel, 2nd is that shower cabin kinda has ruin equipment.
