It has been the best experience of our travels so far, this Henna hotel in Goreme is inexplicable in all aspects. Since we made the reservation, their staff contacted us to help us with all our plans, from waiting for us at the airport at dawn to making all the reservations for each tour we decided to do and really thanks to them we were able to stay in that city. make the most of the three days we stayed. The hotel has a terrace where you can see the whole city and enjoy the balloons every morning and if the weather is excellent it is very possible that one of them will land on your head. The breakfasts are the maximum, a lot of variety for all tastes. The day of the return we left part of our luggage forgotten at the Nevsehir airport and thanks to them we managed to recover it and they took the time to send it to Istanbul the next day. We have no words to thank the cordiality, kindness, respect, attention, seriousness and professionalism as HENNA HOTEL managed to make these one of the days that we will never forget. We hope to be able to return to one of their cave rooms at some point. THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE, thank you HENA hotel, its manager and all its staff at the reception.

Staying in this hotel is one of the best experiences of my trip. The hotel building is an old masterpiece and in harmony with the special atmosphere of Gormeh village. You can take wonderful photos in a room whit special decoration which 400 years old! The roof decorated with traditional furniture and the beautiful background of village give you a unique location for photography. The location is excellent and you will be satisfied of that.
Let’s talk about the staff. Without a good staff, you cannot have a good stay even in expensive hotels! Fortunately the staff of this hotel is super kind and they do their best. They gave me ride to some parts of village and did not take any money! One of the kindest staff is Mr. Umut who helped me to find attractions, addresses and other information same as a tour leader! He always smiled and never got bored of my many questions!
The breakfast was excellent. Because of covid-19 considerations the breakfast was not buffet and it served in person. But that was plentiful and delicious.
If I travel there again, I will choose this hotel again and again.

Our amazing experience with Henna hotel started before arriving to the hotel. The owners were super helpful in arranging shuttle service and they picked us from Ankara airport. The driver was extra friendly and very hospitable 🤗
We stayed at Henna hotel for 3 nights at suite 309. The room was spectacular, warm, and very clean. The room service ladies were very polite and very helpful, they did an amazing job in keeping everything absolutely up to our expectations and just like the pictures!
The hotel terrace is a whole other story! We enjoyed breathtaking views of the hot air balloons every morning, and felt the serenity looking at the rose valley during sunsets.
I would like to express my gratitude to the lady who prepares the delicious breakfast buffet every morning, as she makes sure that everything is available and everyone is happy :) I enjoyed our little conversation together, and was super energized after seeing her beautiful smile and feeling her positive energy. ♥️
We got help from the owners to book trips and restaurants, and they didn’t hesitate to take the time and effort to recommend the best ones!
The owners and the staff of Henna hotel are the gems of it. They made everything just perfect for us and we are definitely will comeback. Special thanks to Selim and Bayram 🙏🏼

After a long day of travel, we were so grateful to be greeted so warmly when we arrived. The man that welcomed us, brought us up to our room and then took us on a tour of the hotel’s space to show us where breakfast would be. He brought us all the way up to the rooftop, for our first glimpse of the gorgeous skyscape that is Cappadocia. Although dusk had already fallen, the view was breathtaking with the city all glistening and alight.
I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time with the room being wonderfully warm and the bedsheets so soft! Super cosy accommodation with all the amenities (even coffee for those early mornings, to energise you before breakfast)!
Breakfast! Wow, wow! Olives, tomato paste, salad, bagels, naan bread, pastries, cake, fruit and cooked breakfast options too - all to be enjoyed, either outside with the fantastic view or in the spectacular, intricately-designed breakfast lounging room. Picture perfect moments were spent here (and of course, captured on camera for the Instagram highlights..).
The staff are all so friendly and fantastically accommodating and our bedroom was always pristinely cleaned as soon as we had returned from breakfast - just outstanding service!
Awesome location, literally 1 minute walk from the main streets of Cappadocia, where the restaurant options are plentiful and there’s so many little, interesting shops and traditional things to see!
I really loved my time spent here and hope to return again one day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Also the 3 spaniels and the puppy were also so welcoming!

We had the most hospitable welcome! We got lucky and got a free upgrade to a Deluxe room, which has a common terrace with 2 other rooms located on the same level. The view from the room windows and from the terrace is everything you can wish for when coming to Cappadocia - the city with the hot air balloons flying over it on the sunrise is just like on the palm of your hand. Not to mention that the hotel has the rooftop terrace with even more amazing views where you can enjoy it even more + make some gorgeous pictures :) Hotel design is amazing, there is so much attention to the details on every corner of your room and outside of it. It even has a beautiful room that is 300 years old! The breakfast is served on the terrace, which is one level lower than a rooftop, so you can have your breakfast with a view as well. There's no restaurant at the hotel, but there're plenty of them around. We've booked a hot air balloon flight with the hotel, which is a very convenient option as you don't have the headache of organising, and everything is set up for you. At first glance I was amazed by the hotel design. It is made to reflect exactly the area authentic style with rooms made for every taste, either you want a cave or a stone room the hotel can facilitate every taste(so you can take amazing pictures in and around it). I did not have a preference so i got a stone built room that made me feel like a Sultan in 1946. The room and bathroom were very clean and neat and larger than most hotel rooms i ve been to in Turkey and filled with coffee tea water and other amenities that were very helpful when waking up for the morning views and baloon flights. The staff are the heart of the hotel as they are very friendly and always happy to help you in any...but in any way they can, always with a smile, making you feel like family. The location is perfect. You are a step away from everything and the rooftops are greatly designed for pictures and enjoying the ballons since they overlook directly the valley where they all lift off or move during flight. In general one of the reasons i will not forget my trip to Cappadokia is Henna Hotel and their staff!!!! Thank you.

Bayram is the manager in reception, always ready for helping you. The room was great, large and the lights makes Turkish atmosphere. There is a golden bath inside room, tv provides Netflix subscription, since the town is quite small so go for food is very convenient

Stayed in a cave room for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location at the bottom of the hill and close to restaurants and shops, with easy pickup and drop off for excursions, etc. Hotel staff were attentive and always available. Beautiful terrace views to capture pictures of the hot air balloons at sunrise and gorgeous rooms to lounge in. There is also so much history that seeps through this place and greatly adds to the charm. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, panoramic viewpoint and open air museum. Breakfast was included and included a number of different options. We stayed in room 313 which was beautiful as was the terrace and views. Being able to see the balloons whilst eating breakfast was an experience in itself! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. By booking the balloon flight with them we were able to get a free transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

If you are visiting Cappadocia I highly recommend you stay at the Henna Hotel Cave Rooms! Such an amazing vibe at the place itself with good people that will do anything to give you the best time ever. Amazing rooftop with a 360 view of Göreme, great for watching the balloons. Then there’s the breakfast, loved it every morning! The best part is the cutest dog Latte that fills your heart with love by just being there. Thanks Henna Hotel!
