This is the most cheerful one I've stayed on my Trip places. Perfect location - you can see air balloons event from your room, or go up to the rooftop. Reach breakfast buffet - all cakes, salads and a cooked breakfast has been made by beautiful chef. There is a heater in the room, and it works great, that was so important, because outside was snowing and a little bit cold. So I could also dry my staffs. Strong water power and hot water in the shower and everything you need there are. And the most important thing - friendly , thoughtfull and nice guys working there will make your day better☺️ Thank you guys))

Very pleasant stay. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. The food was all fresh and when we had a small issue with the shower head they fixed it immediately. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff really were great. They gave helpful advice on what tours to do and made sure everything was alright.

The Caftan Cave Suite has recently opened, and we were very happy with the accommodation, breakfast and service. It was also value for money, Walking distance to the main street in Goreme. Terrace views to see the balloons. And one of the few places that is also pet friendly. Highly recommend! P.s. the only suggestion I would make to the hotel is to have different styles of pillows available for guest requests.

I was here for 3 nights with my partner and cousin. The team at Caftan Cave Suites really surpassed our expectations.
On a basic level, the rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious. They also were much better than the photos. We really appreciated the clean and fresh linen, comfortable beds and the fact that our rooms were cleaned everyday. The views from the terrace were beautiful and so was the set up. The free breakfast was delicious and nutritious too!
On another level, the team here (including the cleaning staff) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were very friendly and infectiously cheerful, helpful with giving us tips for our stay and also around for a chat. They were kind enough to arrange shisha and tea for us when we only asked if it was available. And also, we can’t forget the adorable resident pooches, Mia and Carlos.
All in all, we couldn’t recommend this place more for an enjoyable stay. And should we return to Cappadocia, this will definitely be where we will stay!

Спасибо большое приветливому и отзывчивому персоналу! Чистые уютные номера. Отдельное спасибо милой и внимательной женщине за завтраки. Очень вкусно! Когда мы сидели на веранде любовались видом, девушка принесла нам фруктовый сюрприз. Было безумно приятно. Мы остались довольны. Будем всем рекомендовать. Также на ресепшене помогли забронировать воздушные шары, сориентировали по достопримечательностям/ресторанам.
Thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff! Clean and cozy rooms. Special thanks to the nice and attentive woman who did breakfast. Very tasty! When we were sitting on the terrace admiring the view, she brought us a fruit surprise (photo attached). It was insanely pleasant. We will recommend the hotel to everyone. They also helped to book balloons at the reception, guided us to places of interest/restaurants.

Awesome stay and great service, Zeynep is amazing and she is very nice and helpful. She goes beyond her task this morning she prepared a special cake for us and included in our breakfast that is on point every time. This place is clean all the time and has an absolutely amazing view and terrace.

We enjoyed our stay at Craftan cave suite so much, we even planning to come back again. From the moment we booked our stay, the manager Ahmet and his staff were helpful and carefully wanted to make our stay unforgettable. How can I forget Zenep our chef😊.. she’s so friendly and giving. We felt like we belong. Words can’t explain how good the staff and the accommodation is. Also the accommodation is very close to restaurants and city centre. They helped us to book airport transfers and ATVs but due to bad weather we could make it to the infamous hot air balloon’s. This is the reason we staying with them again.

I can't recommend this place enough. Stayed for 3 nights and loved every second of it. Service was exceptional, and the rooms carved out of caves and rocks were so cosy. Room had a fridge, kettle and heating. Breakfast was very good and stunning views all around from the terrace. Location is perfect as well as it's located just at the start of the alley. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cappadocia.

Totally fell in love with this place, look no further! The staff was superb, special thanks to Ahmet - so lovely to meet you! Location is great, the beautiful rooftop terrace has perfect views over the landscape/city and balloons in the morning. So peaceful sitting here for sunrise and sunset. Breakfast and room was good too.

AMAZING HOTEL! Location was perfect, just off the main street. The setting and view from the rooftop is idyllic. Rooms were big and had lots of character. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, proving lots of tips and assisting with organising excursions. The traditional homemade breakfast was delicious with lots variety. Mia and Carlos 🐾 were excellent additions and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!
