Great little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were a little small, but clean and a great deal when you factor in pricing. The free breakfast was impressive (Turkish breakfast) with the ladies making omelets and gozleme (Turkish Pancake) if you ask. We would stay there again. Only detractor is it is about 5 minute walk across one of the bigger...

I stayed here the Cappadocia Ultra Trail race and this hotel was great. One night we stayed in a large family room and the rest of the time in the Suite. The staff were super helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. The breakfast was great and all the beds extra comfy. Great decor too. On the morning...

The owners of the safran cave hotel make you feel right at home. The homemade traditional Turkish breakfast was the best by far and the views from the terrace were stunning. We stayed in the king suite which was spacious and luxurious. Our room even had a spa bath. Although the room did not have air-conditioning, the room kept cool...

The location is about 2 blocks from city center. Walking distance. Comfortable but has no air conditioner. We asked for late check out and they were not very warm to give it. We got one extra hour and we wanted 3! ! Great breakfast! Ok for what we paid for!

We had an unforgettable family holiday in Turkey with our two young boys which was capped off with a 3 night stay in Cappadoccia. Despite arriving late at night we were met with friendly faces who made us feel at home straight away. Its a family run cave hotel and the family went out of their way to make us...

Just returning from my trip to Safran hotel with friends, I am writing this review being thankful to this incredible place and personnel. The rooms are clean and very cozy, designed as an antique cave, yet with modern equipment, and perfectly matching the ambient of the city. The breakfast is included and served at a terrace facing the valley with...

A family of 7, we only came to Cappadocia for the hot air balloon. So we were just at the hotel for a night and would return to Istanbul the following afternoon. Honestly we didn't hope for much since it was just a one-night stay there, but everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. We came at night...
