Great location! In town and with amazing views to the rocks and the baloons in the morning. You can get both sunset and sunrise from the terraces that are all over the hotel. Service is wonderful and friendly. Food is good. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel is incredibly awesome for someone to please like my wife and kids. They’ve been travelling a lot and this is one of the rare hotels they want to come back in. From my side, as a professional user and trusted reviewer on other websites, I can rate the hotel 9.2 out of 10. The hotel is in a good position for a family, not far from Göreme center, with an acceptable slope for people suffering from knee pains, or carrying babies trolleys. Breakfast is varied and original, different from you usually get in Istanbul, Antalya or Bursa.
Trips are well organized, planned and executed. Professional drivers are among the hotel team, they’re not taking their job lightly. The balloon trip was FANTASTIC. My daughters loved it. My wife and I enjoyed a professional Swedish and Thai massage. The hotel offered us a good discount. In summary, I cannot hold myself for another trip with Cave suites team.
Thank you Cihad and the team.

The location has great views of Goreme from all sides of the hotel. The room service was polite while answering the phone, was 24/7, and quick when we asked for anything. The waiter that greeted us for breakfast each day was very pleasant, and nice, offering us omelets and anything we asked for! The staff was so sweet and very helpful when we were trying to get around in the town, offering tourist packages and information on fun activities we could try. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the courtyard outside of our room was beautiful. The terraces were clean and had a variety of lounging chairs. It was a beautiful hotel itself, really immersing yourself in an actual cave! It was an adventure each day exploring the bits of the hotel, with stunning flowering pots and little trinkets decorating the walls of the hotel. Housekeeping was really good as well, and very hardworking.

I would not recommend this hotel.
It is actually well located in Goreme for the centre and restaurants, and the view across the town for the balloons is exceptional. The cave room we had was also good, albeit it only a part of the bedroom was actually within a cave and the rest was faux cave breezeblocks which was slightly disappointing.
Where the hotel let itself down was the service. On arrival, after a long day of travel, as we checked in the hotel gave us the hard sell on one of the hotels organised tours the next morning which we did not want to do, but even after saying no they kept trying to get us on it. The next morning, we wanted to get up and get photos with the balloons on their terrace with all the cushions (that you see on their website and Instagram and one of the reasons we booked the hotel). However, when we got up at 6am the hotel hadn't set up any of the cushions on the terrace and we had to go and actively ask the reception to set it up which took about half an hour and by the time it was all laid out the balloons had sailed away from the town which was a real shame. Finally the breakfast is pre-set and extremely basic (think ham, cheese, olives, banana), and on one of the mornings my partner had been served a half eaten platter which another guest had obviously taken a couple of bits from and bites out of but left mostly untouched. This was disgusting, and especially during COVID absolutely unacceptable from a hotel or restaurant.
There are so many great looking hotels in Goreme, most with great views - I would avoid this one!

We found this hotel not only to excel as a solidly good stay with excellent quarters and amenities, along with very unique cave room character, but it truly went further and passed into a place that made it special. This because of the people who run it. I travel frequently, (Marriott titanium for the past 7 years), and It is exceptionally rare to find the level of consideration and care that the staff and owner places upon each traveler. We consistently received excellent restaurant and excursion suggestions, help when we needed it and very friendly assistance even when we didn't. They saved us money and hassles by booking our balloon ride and then later took us on a very nice tour themselves of Cappadocia. These are memories that will last our lifetimes and will do so without any but, if's, or regrets. I cannot emphasize enough how this kind of care made all the difference. I look forward to another trip to the Cappadocia and will stay here again someday.

Gerome and Uchisar are close to each other but to walk takes time since you have to go up and down a steep hill. Therefore, you want to choose a hotel that has an unbelievable view of the balloons and of the city. You can fork out a lot of money to find that view, but Cappadoica Cave Suites has that view without breaking the bank. Its location is unbeatable. Its service to second to none. They are so helpful and hospitable. You can email the hotel ahead of time and they will arrange airport transportation, private red or green tours, hot air balloons, and ATV. Their price is better than other private tours offered because they have in house drivers and vans/buses so they can cut out the middle man. As for the room, it’s spacious and the restrooms are nice. Our family of six absolutely loves this hotel. The buffet breakfast is included and the view is absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend anyone to book this hotel early as it gets filled out very quickly. And when you book the hotel, email them and book all the tours ahead of time.

Here, you have the privilege of witnessing the enchanting hot air balloons floating gracefully from your room's window at sunrise or while relaxing on the hotel terrace. The vibrant main market and an array of delightful restaurants are just a brisk walk away, adding to the convenience of your stay. Nearby, you'll also discover horse and camel ranches, as well as exhilarating quad biking and trekking trails.
Our rooms provided not only comfort but also the unique and unforgettable experience of dwelling in a cave-like ambiance without sacrificing any modern conveniences. These spacious, well-maintained accommodations come complete with 24/7 hot water, air conditioning, and heating facilities. The staff members are unfailingly courteous and exceedingly helpful, and the housekeeping service is top-notch.
Our family had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel, and we found the prices to be quite reasonable, especially when booked well in advance.

This hotel is well situated in the middle of the town. It’s uphill a bit to get a nice view of the surrounding. The room is very cosy with a sofa section, small bar and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was included in the price and complete with all you wish to eat. Unfortunately due to covid 19 and the low occupation the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch and dinner. There is a big selection of restaurant just down the hill.

We stayed over Christmas in the middle
Of the pandemic and lockdown in Turkey and despite this, this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms in the cave have lovely touches like fire places, sitting area etc, great bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the town. The hotel restaurant is also absolutely fantastic, with great service, great food and great wines.

The moment we entered the hotel we had a unwelcoming feeling. They had a bellboy but only if we topped him he would carry our baggage through 3 staircases, otherwise you are supposed to carry it yourselves.
Throughout our stay,in the restaurant and other places in the hotel, amongst the staff it felt as if the staff did not care that you were a guest at the hotel.
No greetings at anytime.
Poor quality breakfast.
Terrace was no good for balloon watching.
For the price they are charging absolutely poor service.
Only location was good-close to the hotel
There are much better hotels,we stayed at Koza cave for 1 night for balloon watching and they were such warm people.
Avoid Cappadocia cave suites .
Poor value.

take care from scammers
Standard 2pm check in, but I was able to check in earlier than that, I requested it via email from the property before arriving and they were quite accommodating.
You can book a shuttle bus. I cannot paste the link here but you can easily find this option from the Goreme website. (Goreme is the town in the Cappdoccia region where most of the hotels are).
