We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice and clean. We really liked the shared terrace. Nice place for your morning tea. The free breakfast was also nice with lots of variety. The hotel was very quick to answer my questions before we came. They were helpful in making reservations at Dibek for us. We decided to leave early since our balloon was canceled and they were quick to change our hotel to airport shuttle times. My only complaint was that the room was fairly warm. But I think it is because of the structure of the cave hotel

I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights and we had such an amazing stay.

The booking process was seamless and as soon as we had booked, Filis who worked in reception got in contact straight away to provide us with helpful information and offer help with anything we needed before arrival.

Upon arrival, Filis greeted us and offered us a hot drink and water in the nice reception area whilst we sorted the paperwork to check in. Due to the limited bookings for our room type, we were upgraded to a king suite with a jetted tub. Filis helped us arrange excursions, explained everything around us and labelled this all on a map for us. She then helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room.

Our cave room was huge, with a stone king sized bed with two other single beds, large wardrobe and lots of storage space, a large bathroom with a shower, heated rail for towels and large jetted tub, a living room/lounge area with comfortable sofas and windows that opened out onto the balcony which overlooks a beautiful sight of Göreme. You can view balloons here from the morning. The room was always well heated and water, tea and coffee were complimentary and replenished daily and/or on request.

The cleaners are very good. They are always friendly, they clean the room only whenever you are ready and they do a good job.

We booked to have breakfast included which we definitely recommend if you choose to stay here. The chef is very friendly and serves an amazing breakfast. You get a selections of cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and dips/spreads and jam. You also get fried eggs or an omelette made on request. There’s fresh orange or cherry juice and tea or coffee also available.

Regarding COVID-19, all staff wear face masks, there’s face masks in reception for all guests to take whenever needed, there’s sanitiser available in all public areas and seats are spaced for social distancing. It felt very safe.

All of the staff here do all they can to make your stay the best it can be and it was a pleasure to stay here.

I chose this hotel because i wanted an authentic cave room experience. Well, this hotel will not disappoint you for that matter. Our room comes with jetted tub and heater which is very helpful during winter season. Do take note also that the room doesn’t have air conditioner just in case you want to stay here during summer. We also had our own balcony (rm 104) with a nice view of the balloons taking off early in the morning. The hotel also offers tour package but can only be settled by cash but there are a lot of travel and tour agencies around Goreme which accepts credit card and can give you a good deal. Take note that some of the tours and activities can be cancelled depending on the weather condition so better book your chosen activities once you reach Cappadocia to avoid the hassle of getting refunds. In our case during our 5 days stay, the balloon tour got cancelled twice. Tea and turkish coffee are being served while you wait for your room to be ready. They also do daily room cleaning. Free parking space is available on site. The only matter that disappointed me was the breakfast. It was delicious but literally the same items every single morning… well at least during my 5 days stay. Good thing they serve brewed coffee and tea. Breakfast starts at 8am and there’s a nice view while you eat.

Tip:
Try to change your money to turkish lira before coming to Cappadocia bec there is no money changer in Goreme. Few travel agencies offer to change your money but will give you a low rate compared to Istandbul.

From check-in to check-out we felt like they went above and beyond!! Helped us when it came to booking our tours and recommendations for lunch/dinner and they were all excellent.
Jozef, who we loved, made sure we were more than taken care off 24/7 and there are no words to describe how amazing he was. He constantly checked on us and made sure we were comfortable while we were hanging out in the hotel. From water to fruit to just an overall amazing experience during our stay!!!
We stayed a total of five nights and our room, the king suite, was one of the best rooms we have stayed in our month long trip through Turkey.
More than RECOMMEND this hotel not just Bc of their rooms but the overall experience they offer.

My wife and I stayed here in early January and found it a great base for visiting Capaddocia.
The hotel is right off the town centre of Göreme and included a comprehensive and varied breakfast in our rate. We Ajay had a wonderful balcony with great views of the rock formations and balloons - perhaps we got lucky there.
The pre- arrival e mails suggesting tours from the friendly manager, Filiz, were great as was the dinner advance from her colleague.
We were very pleased overall

This hotel is in a perfect location, very central, and features spacious guest rooms.

The staff are friendly and hospitable, on our visit we didn't experience any issues at all.

The rooms are large, clean and on cold nights, well heated (cosy).
Each room opens onto an open courtyard with tables and seating which allows guests to make the most of the good weather (spring & summer).

Breakfast is a must have - the staff a re friendly and welcoming, and most importantly they been over backwards to make you welcome; food is high quality and plentiful.

From a location point of view Göreme provides easy access to all nearby attractions and towns in the region.

I highly recommend this hotel as your go-to place to stay when visiting Cappadocia.

This hotel is a perfect location in central of Göreme which provides easy & convenient access to all nearby attractions. Stayed here with family in a recent trip of Turkey. Filiz and her team were fantastic in arranging balloon ride for us in second day which was in fully packed EID holidays and suggesting a private guided tours to cover all main places in 1 day, Earlier balloon ride were cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel rooms were large, clean and it was unique experience to spent in a cave hotel. The staff are friendly and hospitable, on our visit we didn't experience any issues at all. Breakfast was good with great outdoor view of old caves. Overall a nice experience and I highly recommend this hotel as your go-to place to stay when visiting Cappadocia.

My wife and I really enjoyed the King Suite, a great value. Spacious and well appointed room, nice bathroom and sitting area. Staff were kind and helped us organize activities with good discounts. Take a tour with Ken from Bridge of the World. The location is very accesible and has a great view of the town. This is a genuinely pet friendly property. All in all, highly recommended.

The hotel location was amazing, very near the center of all the action of Göreme. The room was excellent and comfortable. We had great amenities, WiFi was great, our hottub bath was a real highlight and the morning breakfast spread was delicious!

More than any of the above reasons to recommend the place though, was the really great service we received from all members of the Grand Cave Suites team. They helped us with booking our tours, taxis and hot air balloon ride. They even helped us price check to ensure we were getting a great deal

In our experience in Turkey, most companies will try squeeze you for every single penny they can, so Grand Cave Suites trying to help us save money was really a breath of fresh air.

They even helped us arrange a taxi to collect our baggage from the hotel at 5:30am, coordinated with the hot air balloon company to get the driver to the correct landing zone so that we could go straight from the landing zone to the airport to make it to our flight on time. All for a very reasonable price!

Special thanks to all the ladies of the office who were always very helpful and to Mr Mustafa for helping arrange everything early in the morning.

I'm more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone!
