The service was terrible and not nice as we expected due to comments we sow here . Unprofessional hotel staff and not welcoming. I strongly not recommend this Hotel to anyone. The lady at the reception was very stressful and mean as the guy who was in charge. But the old lady ( I don't know who is she) She... More

The Hotel was staff was not welcoming as it is mentioned here on their comments. We were really not very happy with the service and dissapointed.. The Hotel is up on the hill in narrov street and hard to walk there for elderly people, especially if you have leg problem.. I am sure we could find much better Hotels in... More

I loved my stay at Emily's. We were greeted when we arrived, shown immediately to our room, and offered tea/coffee while they prepared all the check-in information. Before leaving for Goreme I traded several emails with Esin in which she gave me lots of information about airport transfers, balloon rides, and tours and we booked a balloon ride through her.... Loved the location! Just around the corner from the main street with a little corner store for snacks at the corner. Family that runs it are extremely nice and accommodating. Our pickup for the airport wasn't until 9pm, and they let us checkout very late so we had someplace to stay. When we first got there, they were very accommodating... More

We had a triple room in a cave room. It was clean and spacious. Hotel is in a great location close to everything and all within a short walking distance. Staff are very helpful with organising anything. Breakfast was great.

Emily's was a treat for the four of us. We split up in 2 rooms, and each had its own charm. One of them was previously a wine press (feet style), and learning about the family history behind the property was also fun. As a small (5 room?) establishment, the charm is in the client care. The owners are very... More

Nothing can prepare you for a stay in a genuine cave hotel. Emily's Cave House is perfectly situated - within a short distance from the main shopping area / restaurants in Goreme. Muk and his staff were very friendly, and it was almost like staying in a family "home" rather than a hotel. Good breakfasts each morning too. Good quality... More

Göreme's famous for its cave hotels, but be aware that some of them have artificial cave rooms. Emily's Cave House used to be a real cave house, until the owners decided to turn it into a B&B. The hotel offers real cave rooms with a peaceful yard and two balconies to enjoy your breakfast or just to sit and relax.... More

Emily's Cave House was a wonderful B&B. could not recommend it more highly. The cave rooms are a unique experience and they are extremely clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for us. After checking out of the they minded our bags and provided facilities to clean up before further travel that night. Breakfast...
