Overall, very professional and fantastic tour arrangement by Tugba of Rock Valley Travel. Hassle free vacation. Will surely recommend. Pros: 1. We visited Izmir, Neveshir and Istanbul over 7 days. Overall, the tour, flights and internal transfers were very nicely arranged, given the tight schedule that we had 2. Tugba is a very professional and thorough trip planner. Listens to requirements and very prompt 3. The quality of the hotels in Izmir and Keyseri was excellent and in very good location. We particularly liked the Tekkaya Cave Hotel in Neveshir. 4. The morning breakfast in all the hotels were great and with a lot of choices. 5. All the tour guides are very knowledgeable and explained the history of the places in detail. Omar (Keyseri), in particular was very good. Cons: 1. The tour guide in Izmir wasn’t very keen in taking pictures 2. We would have liked to spend more time in the historical places, whereas the tour guides in general were more interested in taking us to the carpet/jewelry/ceramic shops. We found those places much more expensive compared to open market prices 3. The driver for Izmir airport drop didn’t show up in the morning. We had to take a private taxi and barely made it to the flight. 4. The hotel in Istanbul was up towards uphill and was quite a struggle walking to the hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights in a private room with private bathroom. Nice big windows and a big shower with ample hot water :) A simple place but comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in booking tours and organising transportation to and from the airport. When you're out exploring all day it's a quiet place to come back to, but very central.

I had a very pleasant stay. Stayed in a private room on my own that had two beds. The room was simply but comfortably furnished, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Ahmet helped us to book a balloon flight and an atv tour of the landscapes and gave us a brilliant lunch tip for a pide restaurant nearby. The breakfast was lovely, the location of the hostel is very central (Göreme is a small place though so everything is very easy to reach). The common areas are very comfortable, there is a lovely garden with hammocks and a swimming pool. Overall very good value for price! I'd definitely come back!

The place is very easy to reach from the center of Goreme, and the staff is very friendly. They can help you to organize tours you are going to do and can have good suggestion for a nice stay. Both the share room and double is very good for the price that they ask.

My experience there was great. Ahmed was at the reception an he was helpful in every way, really chill about everything and downright awesome. The beds are ok, showers and WC also, nothing special but nothing wrong. It has a pool which is great if you're there on summer. I would definitely recommend it (though it's not one of those cave-hostels, if you're looking for that, don't come here!)
