We arrived early in the morning at around 8.30am. The room was not ready.
Oktay ( manager ) offered us complimentary breakfast while waiting for the room to be cleaned. How nice!
Shortly after, we were informed that our junior cave suite has been upgraded to a bigger suite with aircon and a terrace overlooking the fairy chimneys.
Oktay have been very helpful with recommendations about getting around. We also book day tours and hot air balloon flight during our stay with them. Everything was very well organized. Especially hot air balloon flight was just amazing. It is something you must do. Breakfast was very good. There was a variety of olives, cheeses, jams, breads and salads. There was also freshly cooked eggs which you can order.
The hotel location is very good, about 5 mins to many restaurants and shops in town. The hotel view is the best of all i guess. I couldn't see any other properties higher than us. It is really the best location especially if you wake up early to see the hot air balloons.
Definetely a perfect choice to stay in Cappadocia.

I stayed here with my young baby and had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, the manager Mehmet was amazing, from helping us arrange activities before we arrived and then going above and beyond throughout our stay. The Panoramic view room we had was beautiful, with a jacuzzi in the corner helping to relax after a long trip, and was the perfect setting for travelling with a small child as we could watch the balloons at sunrise from the comfort of our warm room which provided picturesque views of all the balloons over the valleys in front. My son absolutely loved it - as did I - and I can not recommend highly enough both the hotel and the service provided by management to help make our stay both easy and enjoyable. Would love to revisit again one day!

We chose this hotel for our stay in Cappadocia and couldn't be more satisfied. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and well taken care of. The reception was more than kind as not only they helped us book our balloon flights, but also showed great flexibility, when we realised that our initial booking had been cancelled after arriving at their hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The overall experience was perfect and the hotel will be definitely preferred in future visits.

We checked into the room, it was terribly cold, asked for a blanket - no blankets, moved to another room. Nice room, but we got evicted because it was booked online by honeymooners. We didn’t pay them for the room online, but we paid right away. It is not clear what is the problem with paying them not online for a room. Then we settled into a worse room, and then even worse. Four times we changed the room for unknown reasons. Very tired of carrying and carrying things. As a result, we were settled in the most disgusting little room. To clean your room you need to hang a sign on the door - you can’t hang it, it gets stuck. They clean up terribly, they don’t put towels in the right place, there is nowhere to put soap in our room, it was in other rooms, they don’t vacuum the floor, they don’t do anything. Hairdryer works through time. The room is dirty, it is impossible to wash here, there are stones everywhere. The staff here is just awful (except for a few). A very rude man sits at the reception. In our room, the door does not open, you need to hit door five times to open it, and it’s not a fact that it will open. We reported this, said that the next day they will solve the problem. We go to the reception the next day, the man rudely replies that it was necessary to say about the problem in the morning, but we reported yesterday. The door has not been made, we cannot open it in any way. As a result, very dissatisfied with the hotel. We will live here for the last days and never return.

We experienced great service from everyone in our 2 night stay at the hotel towards the end of May 2022. We booked a balloon ride, ATVs a day tour and horse riding through the hotel and they were all good recommendations. The resturant at the hotel also served an excellent breakfast and pricing was great.

The only negative was that the room we stayed in was too hot for our liking and not well ventilated.

We are staying during end of august in room 105.

This is a beautiful looking hotel room, but is in desperate need for a ventilation system or airconditioning. The room gets extremely humid and warm (29 degrees plus) and the only thing to combat the heat is a very old and noisy fan.

The room is also in need for a deep clean. We complained after the first night that the room is extremely dusty. We even offered to vaccuum the room ourselves but there was nothing that the hotel would do.

We also requested to be moved to a cooler room, even if that meant moving to a smaller room. Once again, there was nothing the hotel could do.

All in all the hotel and room have great potential, but we will be going home with a heavy mood.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They will welcome you with coffee or tea upon arrival. While waiting for our rooms to be ready, the staff introduce us to the various attraction around the hotel. Everyone was friendly and there is always someone smiling at you. The view in the morning is fantastic as we will be able to catch the sky full of hot air balloons.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Manager Mehmet who help us a lot when we got into an accident and drove the damage car back to the hotel. He helped us contacted the insurance company and mentioned that we need a replacement car or driver as it is unsafe to drive the car back to the airport. He make sure we are safe and catch our flight.

The location of the hotel is perfect.it is very close to all restaurants and a walking distance from the open air museum. Its located on a hill top with amazing views of the entire topography and brilliant views of the hot air balloons. The best part of the experience is the service provided. SEMA at the reception helped us with all the bookings at a-price better than any website. She was very helpful and guided well. The food at restaurant is great and the spread at breakfast is also good. Overall great service, location, food and great value for money,

Dear Guest, Thank you for booking our hotel. Panoramic King Stone Suite room doesn't have a private terrace. There is a terrace but its a common terrace. There are many guests who stayed in this room, but its not possible to see comments by room type. The room has view of hot air balloons and fairychimneys, however it is located on the terrace floor and others who are using the terrace can see the room if curtains are open. For further information, please feel free to contact us. Best regards Oktay CIFTCI

I haven't stayed in that room, but I don't remember seeing a private terrace. The lounge area is pretty much the restaurant. I didn't see cushions and things like that. You can check out more details on my YouTube channel, where I have a video review of the hotel, and maybe that will answer your questions better.

Hi Andrea, this property has Ground plus First floor and they dont have an elavator but they have rooms on both the floors. The restaurant however is on the first floor. There are some 15 steps to go to the first floor. Hope this helps.

Hi Dorothy, I was there in this hotel just last week for 2 nights. The hotel is just about 400 meters away from the Goreme town. And yes its on a small hill about 60m high and they have a paved road going down which is easy to walk on. This hotel has some unique rooms and the staff is very cooperative and friendly.
