this hotel really chocked me, i booked this hotel to sleep for one night with my family in our way from Antalya to Trabzon. its small hotel in the middle of the city, but really amazing. it was very clean, renovated, rooms size was very good. staffs are extremely helpful. breakfast was so delicious. wifi was good. free parking was available. good value for money.
the only thing that need to be improved is that staffs need to learn some English. they are so polite and so kind and helpful, but lack of communication could raise some difficulties.

We spent three nights in this hotel.
The rooms are confortable and clean.
The staff was friendly but do not speak English very well.
The bathroom was efficient and clean. The house keeping is efficient.
The breakfast is located on the roof: the view is nice and the food good (local food).
There is a parking.
We had two rooms: one of the room was on the front of the hotel: if you open the windows, it is noisy.
A/C was working properly.
There is a taxi station near the hotel.
There is a ten minutes wlk to the castle.
The internet connexion was excellent, even if the access is complicated (you use the passport number as additionnal login)

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel or in this city. The staff was polite but did not speak English....not many small hotels do though. The lobby was clean as were the rooms. The hotel had 7 floors with the restaurant at the top with a great view of the mountains...definitely plan to take a photo from here!
The rooms, as I said, were very clean and well maintained. There were no issues and the Wifi worked perfectly but each floor has its own settings. The hotel is convenient to the business district and although right in a busy area, was quiet and not heavily congested. There is a mosque across the street so do prepare for being woken up early.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They immediately accepted my request for early check-in, by sending me a very sympathetic welcoming mail that my room was ready for me. The room was small but clean. They arranged for a decent taxi to pick me up in the middle of the night. (Mine was a very short stay, only to make it through an unlucky transfer.) The hotel is at an excellent location in relation to the city center and only a 15 minute drive from the airport. I am definitely coming back! The only remark I can make is the poor quality of the internet.

Positives – This hotel is in the city centre. We booked a family room which was basic but spacious and clean. We stayed in Kayseri for one night as we had to catch an early flight the next day. We found out once we were in Goreme that were could have caught the shuttle early to make it in time for flight. It’s a 1-hour trip from Goreme to Kayseri airport. If we had our time again we would have taken this option as we did not enjoy Kayseri.
Negatives – the staff were nice but not one word of English was spoke by any of the staff which made it difficult to communicate. However, we got around this problem with Google translate.
Would I stay at the Buyuk Hotel again? Probably not as I would avoid staying in Kayseri

This is a nice hotel in the city center of Kayseri. We stayed for one night and enjoyed it.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff (although speaks almost no English) are helpful - they called a taxi for us when we had to the airport at 3:30 am.
The internet was so-so , but we did not need it much.
Overall, considering the very good price and its location , we will definitely return.

The AC was off at 10 pm, as a problem in electricity happened, and the weather was so bad and so hot. Opened the window and all kind of flies visited me this night, employees so nice but they actually dont speak English so they couldn't tell what the problem was and if it will be solved, had a really a bad night

Spent 3 nights here with a number of us on a business trip. Great experience. The room was great and breakfast was more than sufficient. Location was convenient. A good choice for a less well-known hotel for tourists.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and friends for just one night in January after a long day sking at Ercyes Mount. It´s a simple but nice hotel in a good location with a good price. We took 35 min from there to the ski station.
The staff was really supportive, even most of them don´t speak english, they were kind helped us with everything we needed.
Good value for money, nice and really cheap breakfast (only 5 tl per person) with a good view of the mountain. The rooms was clean, confortable and have heating and aircondicioning. Bathroom a little bit small but clean and with a good shower. Some friend complained about the room smelling cigar but in my room I didin´t have this problem. They have a parking for free. I would reccomend this hotel and would stay there again if I come back to Kayseri.

Clean tidy and large rooms. Helpful staffs and good location. The breakfast less than average and needs to be improved. Parking available for cars. We styed one day and could not notice any negative points about this hotel.
