Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place.
The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life.
There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window.
The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room.
When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out.
I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room itself is very reasonable for the price but it got most of the necessities needed. The staff are friendly though there’s some communication barrier but other than that…it a great stay, thank you.

You will not find a better hotel for the price. Great Location; with walking distance from local sights, an indoor bazaar, shopping centre, castles and mosques. Easy transport links to the rest of the city. Great for cycle tourists. The friendly staff allowed me to store my Bicycle in my room. And for a low price offered to wash all my dirty clothes for me. Upon entering i was given a complimentary Chai. The lady on reception speaks good english and was very helpful. Would stay again.

We read the bad reviews but decided to book for two nights because it was cheap for Kayseri. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was clean, warm and it's location fairly central. Close to the bazaar.
The staff did not speak much English but tried very hard to make us feel welcome. The room was equipped with shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer and television. Bathroom was spotless. Unlike many cheap places, it has an elevator. Free wifi. Lovely buffet breakfast. There is a cosy lobby with free Turkish tea.
Possibly the only drawback is the smell of cigarette smoke, although, to be fair, we did not ask for a smoke free room. The decor is also a little shabby and outdated. However, all in all, a comfortable place to stop over for a couple of nights.
