Check in was excellent and Cameron (I may have the name wrong) was professional and responsive and accommodating. Ali at the spa was very helpful and professional. The fitness, sauna, and pool were real positive surprises in the midst of a pandemic. We felt safe and protected. Housekeeping was perfect, there when we needed, not intrusive when we wanted privacy. Rooftop lounge was impressive and fun. Breakfast was good, some nice selections and the omelets was good, perhaps the setting was lacking (use the rooftop maybe). We were extremely happy with our choice in radisson blu Kayseri. From the moment we arrived to the time we left. Sincerely grateful for the experience and the efforts everyone took to make us feel special. Thank you.

My wife and I have been on the road for two weeks traveling around Turkey and have stayed at numerous hotels in various cities. I'm here to tell you that Radisson Blu Hotel in Kayseri is the very best hotel we've experienced during our travels.
This marvelous experience started at the front desk, Irfat (the manager) and Merve were super friendly, spoke fluent English which made our check in very welcoming and smooth.
The lobby is gorgeously decorated and super clean. The marble floors were sparkling clean.
Our room was very spacious, smelled fresh and was equally sparkling clean.
The room is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need and the bathroom was stocked with all the toiletries a person might want.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and suitable for a good night sleep which what my wife and I had.
The next morning we went to the restaurant for our breakfast and we were pleasantly greeted and ushered to a table. The breakfast was fresh, more than plentiful and delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
Our stay here was very delightful and the entire staff here are very friendly and gracious.
I highly recommend it for a super fabulous and super enjoyable stay.

Just one night stay was sufficient to prove it's a tru 5* Blu with a professional and attentive service throughout the property. Worth mentioning the hotel is thoroughly following all anti C19 safety standards yet managing it without sacrificing on guest comfort, quality of service and product. Amazing views from the rooftop lounge add up to the great experience of the stay. If you are in Kayseri, look no further - certainly the best choice.

We stay in Radisson Kayseri 4 days for our family mountain sky holiday. Rooms are nice comfortable clean. Breakfast was so good lots of local fantastic alternatives especially pastirma (beef) was legendary. All staff were helpful and friendly especially all receptionists. Pool and spa also so nice. They have shuttle every day in the morning to sky mountain it takes 15-20 so close from the hotel and city center. Highly recommend see you next time

In September 2024 we stayed one night in a Corner Suite, a very nice and spacious room. The room has a safe, airconditioning, a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator and iron and ironing board. Unfortunately the room has carpet and not a wooden floor. The bathroom is also spacious and has one sink, a semi separate toilet, a bath and a walk-in shower. The shower, bed and WiFi are very good. Breakfast is very good. If you make a reservation and want a non smoking room, make sure to mention this! The hotel has 3(!) floors with only smoking rooms! We were surprised that this still exists in 2024, but smoking is still a nationwide “hobby” in Turkey.

I was very pleased by my visit to the hotel. The total operation is top of the line and the staff in all departments are excellent. A great experience for me and a highlight of my hotel experiences in Turkey. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained and the location is perfect. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go and its location next to a shopping center was really convenient. All staff members that I interacted with during my stay provided with professional and very friendly. Many spoke English. Overall excellent customer service. I am planning a return visit in the near future and highly recommend the Radisson Blue Hotel Kayseri to other travelers.

Stayed here one night. The hotel exceeded my expectations, fantastic service from Burak at the front desk. Genuine, Friendly and helpful! He is an asset to the hotel. We arrived earlier, he told us where we could have lunch in the nearby mall and come back in 30mins.
The location is amazing, right next to the very good Forum mall where we ate very nice food very cheap. There's also a nice underground bazaar about 5mins away.
The pool are very good and had a sauna, steam room etc and it was

Overall excellent, spotlessly clean modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff but from a vegetarian diet point of view restaurant was terrible. For 2 nights in a row the only thing i could get for an evening meal was some roasted vegetables. When i asked what else was on offer for a vegetarian i was offered Spaghetti Bolognese as "it only has a little meat in it". Very poor

We arrived to the hotel late Friday night after 15 hours travel time. We had been travelling with the kid. On arrival, reception informed me that our reservation was cancelled without any explanation. No details who cancelled the reservation and when.The reception clerk informed that hotel was full. He offered me either to get “the only available room for 300 EUR and only for one night” (original reservation was for 100 EUR) or leave right away. It was blank "take it or leave it" approach. No empathy or investigation had been made what happened with my reservation etc. Basically, the gentleman turned his back on us and start serving the next customer. Five minutes later I checked Radisson mobile app. And bingo - there was a room available for one night for 90+ EUR. I booked it and approached another lady on the reception. She checked us in. Regardless our VIP status, she attempted to charge us extra for breakfast and for the kid. That idea was respectfully rejected by us. Once settled in the room, I came to the reception one hour later to call the manager on duty and investigate the situation. I have spent one hour at the reception when manager was doing smth on the computer. Regardless, the initial information that hotel was full, he managed to get the room for the remaining days. I have paid for the rest of the days and seemed that the situation was resolved. What a stressful experience. Lately, I have read other reviews on different resources abiut this property. Apparently, we were not the first victims with the similar situation in this hotel. Room was okey, however we didn’t get the system when it was being cleaned. Breakfast was a Turkish buffet. Apparently, the hotel is focused on local tourists and we had a feel that they have preferred treatment over international ones. Overall, it is clear that international tourism is a new concept to Kayseri. Almost nobody speaks English and people turn their heads when they hear English on the street. Generally, we saw the tendency to oversell us stuff or at least take advantage of us. The hotel sells access to fitness and SPA area to locals who do not stay at the hotel. One local gentleman in the SPA area was not welcoming but hostile saying that he does’t care about tourists because he is local and others came as a tourist in his home city. Overall, the hotel was a total disappointment and one of the worst experiences for the last 10 years and 500+ hotel nights spent around the world. It is hard to believe that we will be back anytime soon either to this property or Kayseri itself.

Excellent 5 star property and location. Within 10min driving distance to the airport and within 30min to Erciyes Ski Centre. Shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The hospitatly and service provided at the hotel was truly 5 star but I was in particular impressed by the hospitality of Ahmet Kilavuz. It was the best thing we experienced at the hotel. If we needed not only anything in the hotel but in all of Kayseri or Erciyes he was more than willing to help or guide us. Stayed in the one bedroom room for two nights in Jan 2020

Merhaba dear, we can recommend the Roof Lounge on the top floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel, with a great view of the city. There is also an a la carte restaurant here on the same floor. This is the highest building in the city. Unfortunately, there are not many alternatives available. There are limited options in this area.
