Stayed in Hilton Garden Inn from 29th March to 2nd April went in a delegation of 141 persons . The staff at the front office was amazing checking in almost 60 -70 persons in one go alloting the rooms giving the keys is no mean job but the staff was really efficient and courteous. The room too was pretty spacious with a small balcony, on one side of the hotel is Izmir port and on the other side is metro station, just a small walk. My room was cleaned daily the housekeeping staff was good at there job ,no complaints whatsoever. My compliments to the coffee shop staff for the efficient and courteous behavior in the hard times of Corona, to handle a delegation like ours and fulfilling there requirements especially when nearly 80 % members were pure vegetarian and explaining the things to them with the language barrier, Hats off to the staff . Overall a very pleasant stay will love to visit the place again 💕 😊.

My girlfriends and I visited from the US for a week. This hotel was always clean and the staff, especially Cihan, was attentive and helpful! I recommend staying at this hotel for business or travel. The location is right next to the city train system and taxis are always close by.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Izmir and we were very pleased with the property. The staff were very helpful and ready to assist with any questions or advice. The hotel is located right next to a metro station and just 5 minutes from a shopping mall so very convenient. The rooms also have excellent views. Breakfast in the restaurant was also good. Definitely recommend this property for very good value.

Excellent stay for 15 days. It started with the Frontdesk. Very helpfully and they made my stay very pleasant. The staff from restaurant are very polite and all of them are speaking good English.
