great location, and very friendly staff payed 30 tl for single room, toilets and showers are not in room though I slept really well, although maybe you might have problems if the weather is hotter, but at night it cooled down enough for me to sleep perfectly if you come on saturday you can see dervish dancers for free in...

We stayed one night in Ulusan Otel and it was the most uncomfortable night of our three weeks in Turkey. Our room was like an oven and only had a fan which blew hot air around the room all night. In order to sleep we had to put a wet sarong over us. It was overpriced at €25 for a...

Spent 3 night at Ulusan Otel. We will always remember this place because of the owner there. Someone with an open heart. A direct descendant of Rumi (Mevalna), that makes him and his staff, helpfull loving people1 Thank you Ali, Zabi and Carolyne

Ulusan hotel is a simple eastern style hotel. Don’t expect too much but still you feel comfortable. I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days in February and I realized that Ahmed, is the 24 hours staff of the hotel! He was front desk clerk, cleaner, house keeper, break fast server,….! The location of the hotel is a big...

Mr Ali is a perfectionist. He is a very friendly person. He himself cleans everywhere. He gave the information where the Hammam is and where other important places are. He even tried to get the handle of my suitcase repaired. When I was there -on and off 5 nights - there were a few travellers in and out. Breakfast was...

All that has already be said and written is perfectly true : Ulusan is THE OTEL (without an "h") in Konya. Solo traveller, I was very pleased to have in my room the company of... a baby bear and a baby fox ! A few hundred years ago, Mewlana (Rumi) wrote his famous call "Come, come, whoever you are.." Today...

Konya was a delight and so was this fabulous little hotel. It was recommended in my guide book and I emailed the owner. He said he had a room and I confirmed by email and he said just show up the next day. No credit card taken, no worries. The price was great and the reviews on TripAdvisor were too...

We received the information about the otel on the street and the people from Konya knew it was half the price of the rest of the hotels. This is really a marvellous place to stay following the spirit of ancient turkish hospitality. If you go to Konya, go there.

We stayed at Ulusan Hotel for 3 nights and was completely satisfied by the service provided considering the convenience of its price! The shared bathroom was very clean and not having a bathroom in our rooms didn't bother us at all. The owner Ali and the other guy taking care of the hotel, Ahmet were so friendly and helpful with...

Ulusan was a fine hotel to stay at. The rooms were nice and clean and large, and the staff were friendly, constantly cleaning. The room was comfortable enough without being wonderful, but the heating couldn't be operated from within the room and my bed was quite close to it, so it got very hot and then very cold. The location...
