This hotel is pushing it at 2 star but it does occupy an enviable position in the lovely town of Fethiye. The triple room that we were allocated was spacious but in need of refurbishment as the beds were uncomfortable and the shower was very temperamental. It is an old, typically Turkish establishment but this is represented in the price... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Kemal . We drove and found our way there ok. Parking was difficult but the Kemal staff helped out. The location of the hotel right on the boardwalk, so to speak was excellent. We were on the third floor and had a view of the mountains behind. The room was a good size and... More

I stayed double room for 2 nights in August 2012 to attend before lunch gullet cruise. It costed EUR 50.00 per night. I was given triple with see view which is large and nice. Breakfast was adequate. Dondorma ice cream which was sold in front of hotel is nice. I forgot my trouser and shirts when I checked out. They're... More

The Hotel Kemal is located in the downtown area on the waterfront of the city. It is an older hotel with three stories with rooms above the ground floor, no pool, and no elevator. It is clean and has a small bar and indoor/outdoor restaurant as its only services. The included breakfast included no fruit or juice (available for purchase).... More

We found this hotel by accident. In the centre of town and on the water front. Numerous restaurants close by and boat tours to choose from. Very quiet and relaxing location. Owner and staff very helpful. Rooms basic but very clean, beds comfortable. Small balcony. Air con worked and excellent wifi reception. Hotel restaurant/bar located outside on the water. Lovely... Perfect location right on the harbor in the heart of Fethiye. We got a standards room and could not belive how big it was, considering the great room rate. We got a room facing the ocean, and with all the windows within the room, made for an excellent stay. Though we drove and parking was a bit of annoyance, the... More

The Kemal Hotel has a great location in the center of town and right on the water. Breakfast was outside, with a lovely view of the water. The room was nice-- nothing spectacular, but basic and comfortable. The biggest downside of the hotel is parking. We had a car, and while the hotel indicated that it has some parking available,... The Hotel Kemal does not look like a very nice place from the outside or even from the quite well-maintained website. But it was a great place. Right on the edge of the boardwalk near all of the day boats and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained, although small. There was free wifi, free parking, air conditioning and... Almost all Fethiye hotels are in the northern beach area or the western harbor area. But we wanted to stay along the boulevard in the town center, and than the Kemal hotel is probably the only choice. We did not regret it, although the hotel is rather simple and the music from the bar sometimes lasted till deep in the... More

We first stayed there in 2002, spotted it behind the Post Office from a taxi enroute from an "allocated on arrival apartment in Marmaris/Fethiye coach station" and have never looked back. Have been to Fethiye/Oludeniz dozens of times since and in Fethiye never stay anywhere else. Right on the harbour, brilliant views from the sea facing rooms, very reasonable prices,... More
