This small tranquil cluster of villas is a true delight. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a peaceful location with top quality private amenities but within easy distance of livelier Hiseranu and Fethiye when wanted. Clean, comfortable with a warm welcome & professional, English-speaking manager this is a real find We will be back soon

Recent had the pleasure of spending a few days here. Wonderful villa, clean and comfortable. Cem, the owner and his family go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Beautiful well kept gardens, this is a little oasis. Not sure if this is a negative but it is a little remote - which we loved!, however Cem will...

Our Villa was set high up into the pine valley in Kaya Koy in a beautiful and peaceful location. Our villa had everything we could need and was clean, comfortable and very roomy. The owner Cem couldn't have been anymore helpful if he tried, from taking us to the beach, to helping us with shopping, and carrying most of it!!....

I stayed here for a fortnight and can recommend it thoroughly. Four separate villas are located in their own grounds with a shared swimming pool. If you want privacy in the sun you can have it. There is plenty of sace even when all the villas are occupied. The place is kept scrupulously clean and the owner is always on...

My husband and I stayed at Kai Vadi Villas in July 2015. We were not really looking forward to visiting Turkey but we needed to attend our friend’s wedding. For over fifteen years now we have sought out privately owned villas and apartments and we can honestly say that this has been the best holiday we have had. I have...

We returned this summer for yet another visit to Kaya Vadi. Once again we booked a transfer with Cem, I didnt feel in any way overcharged, its not a compulsory transfer, its just convenient. The transfer is in a clean, comfortable vehicle and Cem is friendly and extremely helpful - he even stopped at the Mini Market so we could...

Family of 5. We were collected from the airport by Cem who is possibly the hardest working man inTurkey. Ok, the transfer may be a little pricey but it is the start of a fine and efficient relationship. 1 hour later we arrived at Kaya Vadi Villas. We stayed in the larger house. Spacious, clean and very well stocked with...

The Good The location is wonderful if you are looking for peace and rural bliss. The villas are tucked out of the way but only a 20 min walk into the village (or a couple of mins in a car - all the local restaurants will collect and drop off for free). The local bus, "dolmus", passes by the villas...

Kaya Vadi Villas is a small, private complex of 4 detached villas in the beautiful and peaceful Kaya valley between Fethiye and Olu Deniz close to the Mediterranean coast of South-West Turkey. One of the villas is a spacious 4-bedroomed house to sleep 7 or 8 people, and the other 3 villas each have two bedrooms, one with a king-sized double bed and the other with three single beds. The villas share wonderful Mediterranean gardens, a 14 meter pool with a kiddie's pool alongside and a shaded Ottoman style seating platform set in an ancient ruined cottage near the pool.
