We have just come back from our third visit in two years (second one this year) and, despite horrendous weather for the first couple of days, we had our usual great time. At the beginning of the week it rained heavily, blew a gale and there was thunder and lightning. None of those who were staying felt it detracted too...

As locations go, you would find it hard to beat Yedi. Our bedroom window looked out onto uninterrupted views of the beautiful Turquoise coast - not a building in site. The sunset was stunning. Meals were a highlight and the whole atmosphere of the place made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We stayed in one of the lodges - Mimosa. Outside table and chairs for an early morning coffee and read and private deck with Jacuzzi on the opposite side of the lodge. The privacy and views were out of this world. The food was delicious and I would love to get hold of some of the recipes - this is...

Thank you very much for the kind review. About the dogs: after numerous comments about our boisterous Ela ans Buğday we have started tying them up at certain times of the day, like meal times, and I have to say it has gone down very well so far (not with the dogs, but they can live with that). Looking forward...

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves yet again. Leon had worked tirelessly with quite a team, over the winter, to make a large number of improvements, all of which are very much in keeping with his original "project". The upgrades do not detract from the very special qualities this place has; quite the opposite. It is perched over 2,000 ft up on...

We recently returned from our second visit to Yedi and were very pleased to find that our room (Sultan's) was twice the size it had been last year and that it had a very swish new bathroom - we did have fond memories of the previous year where the shower curtain used to drape itself round us! The previously rickety...

Love this unique place! Prior to writing this I read reviews and should add that, whiilst everyone has their own ideas of what constitutes a perfect holiday this comes closest to my ideal holiday. Regarding any review with minor negative comments I recommend to overlook these because Yediburunlar Lighthouse is such a peaceful and beautiful place with many positive benefits...

This was our seond visit to this hotel. Since our first visit in 2007 the rooms have been upgraded to a high standard. Now it not only provides a stunning location with gourmet , largely vegetarian food and great hospitality, the service and facilities have been enhanced to a very high standard. This is an ideal place for those that...

Just back from our second visit and what a change! Yedi will always be beautiful, remote and quirky, but it has certainly stepped up a gear. The stunning new dining room with glass walls on 3 sides makes eating on chilly evenings a real pleasure. New rooms have been added with touches of luxury such as an outdoor jacuzzi or...

Booked this based on the view and the food reviews and these were amazing in every way. We had a thoroughly relaxing, pleasant week. The location could not be more fabulous. I am very carnivorous but the food was superlative - just what you want to eat rather than restaurant type dishes. Lots of variety, beautiful ingredients, all served in...

We always appreciate feedback from guests. The bed was changed recently and could now be classified as: non-creaky. The footpath that leads to the room was cut back just enough to walk comfortably but still brush against the sage and oregano as you pass. Plug arrangements are sorted out as well. The stone wall in the bathroom has been treated....

This hotel does have a great view and is quiet, but if I were to choose again I would rent a villa instead. In the main house the sound proofing is appalling. In our room there were many little features that were missing such as a lock on the door, soap, clean bath mat, reliable electric lights. To be fair,...

In the winter of 2010/11 we rebuilt most of the hotel with much improved sound-proofing between rooms and large bathrooms with modern facilities.
