Just came back from staying at Seren for 18 nights.. I'll start by saying it had its ups and downs! There is nothing particularly wrong with these apartments, yes they are basic but they have everything you need. The place is a bit shabby and run down but you get what you pay for. We paid extra for the air... More

The apartment itself is basic but ok. It's not cleaned very well but it's clean enough to live in if you always wear something on your feet. The beds aren't very comfortable and if you sleep on the sofa bed its even worse! The pool is lovely and clean and quite a big pool. The staff are quite grumpy most... More

We just got back had a lovely time. Seren Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for and they are value for money. We had a room downstairs, very spacious with two patio doors and it was always very cool. The pool area was really nice with a lovely pool and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's... More

“Fridge and toilet needed cleaning on arrival last year. No ice creams in freezer. Often no hot water. Ran out of fruit juice and beer, no bar food. only have two cd choice of music. No customer service during day time, Now it is shut, Was a nice location had lots of potential, nice building needed updating with soft furnishings and a couple of new beds. shady and sunny nice pool, nice clean water. late night staff very professional and helpful. Spoiled by inconsiderate and irresponsible parents, leaving other holiday makers to entertain and ensure the safety of THEIR children too!!!!!”

“Ask for rooms 201-308, or top floor which has slanted ceilings 401 -408. Very comfortable beds and the balconies are great for putting your washing out to dry - showers were good and kitchen had all the basic items needed.”
