Praveen prepared for us the best drinks in al ain and the bar location is very nice as well as the pool. The bar area is well organized and all drinks and food came on time. Praveen got us water especially in this hot weather in aloft al ain

This is a simple hotel, conveniently located in front of the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium - for any football fan, this is a dream location. The hotel offers very generous sized rooms with ample amenities. The breakfast is very basic, as it resembles all Aloft models. The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly with a multitude of languages offered. The roof top bar is well served, with a nice view of the city and a cool atmosphere. The pool is very small, but sufficient. It resembles a large jacuzzi. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

Best hotel in alAin no cap Came for vacation and to catch up with friends, I loved the service and the management and the rooms were organized and really clean .. fully equipped with everything with a perfect location.. Parveen and shameem gave me the best experience with their customer services and assistance! I highly recommend visiting it if you pass by Dubai .

I had an amazing experience at a loft a specificly and al ain generally. The staff at aloft were really kind and helpful and were on service when needed ! The management are unique and always supervising the events and the property. Rooms are Clean and fully equipped with all the necessary things for my stay! It's in the center so everything is near you. I want to thank specifically Praveen and Shameem for being there and taking care of me and my friends.

Checkin was good and quick. Rooms clean and basic. Had interconnecting rooms but had to be asked for the doors between them to be open! Service very slow in the restaurant and pool bar. In the restaurant some of our group got served their food 40 mins after the rest of the group. Food was ok but basic and some of the food was undercooked/wrong items. Asked for bread but it never came. At the pool bar we were waiting over a hour for chicken nuggets. They seemed very understaffed and appeared to have inexperienced staff. Both nights of the stay we were kept awake until 2 am with the base/music from the pool bar. We mentioned to reception who did apologise but said they were marketing to be a party hotel! When at the pool there was someone smoking in the pool and then spitting. Despite approaching the lifeguards they would not go and talk to the person in question so we had to get management. A very disappointing stay. …
