We booked two bedroom apartment for two days during the weekend. Check in - check out was easy and simple. prices are cheaper compare to similar properties . Overall cleanliness needs to be improve. Quite area. Temperature of the pool were freezing cold. Lifeguard on duty had silly excuses every time when we inquire about the temperature. It was disappointing that we were unable to enjoy the pool during two days of stay.

I stayed here for my next trip to Muscat, Oman. It's just 10 minutes driving to border. The reception helped a lot as customer need and room service's staff got my credit for their services. A swimming pool and playground are favourite places for children also.

A friendly looking very outdated apartment. The rooms are space, beds are good but the furniture is from 20 years ago. The swimming pool including a mass of children was located under our balcony. There is a nice messy garden, a simple gym. The redtsurany is very basic. Not bad but almost a thousand dirham for one night including a lot of tax with two bedrooms is far to much.

Awesome little resort in the middle of the desert. Lovely accommodation, restaurant with some surprises (good ones) and a relaxing pool. I worked in Al Ain for some months the company chose to house some of us here. I was lucky enough to be one of them. Nice little mall just across the road, too.

We stayed for one night only. The room was not as I expected, it was totally spacious, clean and comfortable room. Though the room was not fully sound proof, since we can hear all the door slamming, people walking & talking around the area. Entire stay is good. I love the room facilities. We can still recommend and come back for another staycation!

We liked the big space we had!! Wifi in every unit. Complete kitchen with utensils. Washing machine. Big bathtub. Comfy bed. Nice staff (except the lady in the restaurant who were kinda clueless and smile-less). And their american breakfast was shown to include sausage (but none came). Garden needs some TLC and playground need to be replaced with new stuff. Suggestion - maybe they can offer car wash? Oh maybe im asking too much hahaha. Its location is a bit away from town centre but since Al Ain traffic was always pleasant (at least when we were there) it wasnt an issue.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Asfar Resorts to see the sights of Al Ain. Unfortunately, unknown to us, the two full days we were there happened to coincide with a religious festival, so the museums and some other attractions were closed. However, the resort itself was lovely and very convenient. We had a very large and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. We ordered room service meals from the restaurant on two nights and the food was very tasty. The pool was pleasant, though rather crowded as quite a few families with children were staying. All staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly and responded to all our requests very quickly. The location on the edge of town made for easy departure to drive back to Dubai International Airport. A very good place to stay and excellent value for money.

just returned on Monday from two amazing weeks at this hotel. from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us,allowing us to check in early at 7am. apartment was spotless and very spacious we had a room with direct access to pool area and for the majority of our stay had the entire pool to ourselves. our room was cleaned daily and fresh fluffy white towels left and beds were fully changed every other day.kitchen was really well equipped and beds very comfy.the safer mall was a short walk away and was a good supermarket to stock up with.all staff were very helpful and polite and more than happy to help with anything you need.the surrounding area is very quiet just the local mosque is very close and call to prayer can be quite loud especially at 5am but we soon got used to this as its part of life in middle east. we would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return in future
