We stayed here for one night and it's well located in the centre of Al Ain. We got a two bedroom suite with a view of the Oasis. You're only a short drive from the forts and museums. The rooms were a little cold at night and the decor could do with being updated (one kitchen cupboard had the door off its hinges) but for the price it was very good. Wifi is available in the lobby only.

Shocked to discover the mattress and edge of my very thin pillows was wet, discovered it came from moisture dripping intermittently from the airconditioner directly above the head of the bed. Old wooden furniture, musty carpeting (beware asthmatics). Very oddly, the bedsheet only covers up to the edges on both the left and right sides of the mattress, thus exposing both the sides of the mattress. No food at all in the hotel and surroundings. The only available food is a 5 minute cab ride away to a shopping mall Al Jimin. Asked for kettle and glasses, the kettle arrived with no drinking glasses. Called again for glasses, never arrived. Wifi is only available in the lobby, logging on to wifi network of the Al Massa 1, which is just next door, is newer, has larger rooms and higher prices, but ironically no wifi.…

We stayed in one of these apartments for one night. I'm still a bit confused which property we were at as there seem to be at least three apartment blocks with the same name. We were in the one just down the road from the Qasr al Ain museum. Our apartment was HUGE but rather under-furnished for the size. The A/C didn't turn off so we were absolutely freezing. No towels were provided. Bedside lamps had no electrical sockets to plug them in so we just had the dim strip lights overhead. Decor was heavy and dusty. There were several old TVs but we didn't try them. The beds felt damp and were unpleasant to sleep in, especially when you're already freezing cold when you get in. We also had trouble opening our door with the keycard. Our unit had two ensuite bathrooms and an extra toilet which would be great for a big group. There were limited facilities provided in the kitchen, for example there was a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes. I had a line that I strung up but the laundry just hung on it and didn't start to dry even after 24 hours. This place may be OK for a large family who wants to self cater. It is certainly spacious and conveniently located to shopping and other attractions. It is definitely not up to hotel standard though, with non-existent service. We were actually woken at 5.30 am when the next door unit was being serviced. We wouldn't stay here again.…
