I stayed in this apartment for a day and the service i received from the hotel was worst. I checked in at midnight with my family and cousins. First thing there was no internet at all in the apartment. When i compliant about it one person came and was searching for router in the room but couldn't find. There was no router placed in the room and he bring one which was not working. So we didn't get WiFi during our stay. Secondly there was not even a single towel in the apartment for us to use, lights was not working in my bedroom, bed cover was full of dust which makes difficult for us to sleep and also i couldn't lock my room as there was no locking option. we couldn't use anything in the kitchen as it was very old and looks dirty. Hotel staffs need to make sure the room is well and ready before selling it. Only good thing was the room was very spacious and we got late check out.…

The apartments consists of 5 blocks. Quite large and huge great service in the time of check-in and check out. I enjoyed the service and the stay too. The Egyptian night manager or supervisor was great and very helpful. I loved the experience and for sure I will come back again and again if the management will give a special rates for frequent guests. Thank u again

Well my entire stay is fine, what i love the most is this near to the town of Al Ain and near to Al Ain Museum. Feature of the rooms is really need an improvements, the room was too empty that makes you bored to stay. Since we are in the modern era they gotta add an internet access in each room!

The staff made us feel that we were a terrible inconvenience. We had to ask for half the crockery and cutlery and when it was delivered the knives were all small paring knives. In general the apartment was very poorly kitted out. The fridge didn't work although it was replaced fairly quickly once we reported it and there was a leak in the master bedrooms ensuite that was never fixed. Although in a 3 bed apartment we had on 2 towels when we arrived and we had to request them when we arrived. I would stay there again but would bring my own crockery, cutlery and pots and pans - treat it like a good quality camping exercise and all will be good. The thing that amazed me most was the first day when they serviced the apartment at 5.30pm to the point of vacuuming and mopping the floors around our feet!!!!!!!!!! The Hotel was lovely to look at and the room was great except the ensuite lacked cleanliness. The service of the staff was ok but not friendly at all.they weren't helpful at all . we asked for some suggestions of attractions to visit, but reception staff just said she had no idea. Internet was useless. I had to go to the building next door to use wifi.

The staff has to train more. The room is dirty. we came at the hotel early moring (pre booked) and booking was not there, after we came in the room we requested some towels which is not provided upon arrival, and take note that the towels came after 2 HOURS.!!!
