Our stay at the Radisson Blu Al Ain was excellent. The staff dealt skillfully with a booking reservation issue at check in and were faultless from there on in. The rooms (family with interleading door) were comfortable and spotless and we wished we could have stayed a couple more nights. Harsha, the head Concierge, was outstanding and nothing was too much of a problem. He enhanced our experience of the property and of Al Ain itself and was an asset to the hotel and wider Radisson group.

My time at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Al. I have been to Paco's on all my trips, and I am always served quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Geraldine, and the rest of the staff are great. It is always a pleasure to go eat and drink at Paco's. The new menu is exceptional and a very good upgrade to the previous menu. Even though they did not bring back the Irish Potato salad I always enjoyed. Lin and the rest of the housekeeping staff are exceptional, very efficient and responsive to the customers. Housekeeping is quick to respond to the room guest requests for water, coffee or other necessary items. Habib is an exceptional server in the Shisha Bar, or any of the other venues he serves in. He is always courteous and professional when interacting with the guests. The last time I went to the Shisha Bar though I waited for service for 15 minutes with no server asking me for an order or providing any service. I left and went to Paco’s instead. The reception area staff are exceptional professionals and are quick to check in the Guests and provide any other information they may require. The concierge and security personnel are quick to aid with check-in, luggage delivery and any other needs the guest may require. Overall, the staff at the Radisson Blu are what makes my stay so enjoyable, quick to shake your hand or simply give a friendly smile. They are professional with the utmost courtesy. Thank you, Radisson Blu staff, for my enjoyable stays to your hotel. Regards

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall. The hotel is old and rundown, with worn-out furniture and cracked walls, showing clear signs of neglect. The photos advertised are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all.

On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and their service was good. The food was acceptable, though nothing exceptional.

However, I had a major issue with my room. I specifically requested a smoking room, but I was given a non-smoking one instead. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was told I could smoke on the balcony. However, when I requested an ashtray from room service, they refused, saying the entire floor was non-smoking. I then asked to change rooms, but my request was denied on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked. This left me unable to smoke for two days, which made my holiday far from enjoyable.

Overall, while the staff were polite and the food decent, the hotel’s poor condition and failure to accommodate my request made for a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend it.”

Nothing to say about check-in and reception: professional and courteous welcome.
We had booked a small villa with kitchen and terrace. We were assigned 919. Parking in front of the villa filthy because the adjoining land is a dump. Decrepit building. Dirty terrace, with used furniture (hole in the table), facing the compressors used to power the pool slide. No pleasant view. The exterior light on the terrace did not work, so impossible to dine outside in the evening.
In the room, the curtains were closed, you could just open them 40 centimeters, so the room was darkness in all day. Minimalist bathroom. In the kitchen, the refrigerator was not defrosted, so it was impossible to store ice cubes. Very few kitchen utensils: we had to ask for two forks and two knives, no casserole dish except for a huge stewpot that was completely useless given its size. The room is small with a sofa for dolls.
After 24 hours, we decided to leave this place early, without even being refunded because we had booked with Booking.com.
The only positive point of this hotel is the two swimming pools.
I don't know what the hotel rooms are like, but you absolutely have to avoid the villas.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort Al Ain. The hotel has clearly been around for a while, but the rooms and bathrooms have been updated, and I was happy to see they were clean and in good condition. The bed was really comfortable, which made a big difference.
One thing I didn’t love was the toiletries – they came in small bottles, which felt a bit outdated. I think it would be great if they moved towards refillable dispensers or something more eco-friendly. The lobby could also use a bit of a facelift; it feels like it’s due for an update. Adding a few more amenities would definitely help bring the place up a notch.
The food was fine, but I did feel like the variety was a little lacking. That said, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, which was a definite highlight.
Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, but there’s definitely room for some improvements.

I have visited this hotel a few times before and it never disappoints. This trip involved 12 nights stay on a half board basis.

The staff are outstanding from the moment you drive to the entrance, the concierge, the reception, the room maid and special mentions to Alam and Ramesh in the restaurant who looked after us most days and Prekshya who made sure our table was set and reserved. Sheila who is always full of smiles.

The food is delicious and the chef is always on hand to make sure that all guests are happy and catered for.

A hotel is lifeless without friendly staff who can bring it to life and all the staff members certainly do a good job here.

Thank you for taking care of us and making our holiday extra special.

The rooms shown on the website were very different from the real experience. The room number 1012 provided to me was very small, and the furniture was unnecessarily large. I could not understand why such furniture was kept so that even I could not open the wardrobe properly. The bathroom was quite small. The door of the bathroom keeps banging with the toilet seat. I had an accident due to the same reason. The noise level outside the room was high and interrupted my sleep several times in the night. The furniture on the balcony was dirty. it seems that they have not cleaned the balcony for several days. Overall horrible experience. Didn't expect this from a Radisson hotel.

I used to visit this hotel many years ago as a child when it was a Hilton and have really fond memories so wanted to return with my family.
It was fine and our daughter enjoyed the pool and park but overall the hotel is run down and needs lots of updates.

The worst thing was the check in process, nobody came to help us with our bags and we had to queue for 15 mins plus just to check in. I had to ask where our room was as the man serving us didn’t freely offer to explain this. It would have been nice for someone to take our bags and direct us to our room without us having to ask. This should be the minimum expectation for a hotel in the UAE.

The rooms are clean but a little scruffy and in need of modernization, i.e paint peeling off the wall, old furniture. The bathroom was fine with a powerful shower and we liked having a kitchenette, would recommend the studio rooms if coming with kids. We slept ok but the bed was quite hard.

We ate at Paco’s as we didn’t want to do the buffet- service was good and happy hour was good value but again the food was very average, the nachos were a little cold.

Breakfast was fine and had all that you would need but it would have been nice to have coffee served to your table rather than getting it from the machine.

The price wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t return as there are much nicer options for not much more money.
