The Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort in Al Ain delights most guests with its lively atmosphere and well-kept facilities. Its strategic location garners praise for easy access to local attractions. The hotel boasts a renovated gym and family-friendly pools, much to the delight of travelers seeking both recreation and relaxation. While the rooms are generally lauded for their cleanliness and comfort, there are occasional grievances regarding outdated decor and maintenance issues. We stayed here for 2 nights as a family and enjoyed our time here. The property was well maintained and had good amenities. Conveniently located around the tourist spots of Al Ain city, we did not have to spend a lot of time traveling to these destinations.

The best part of our stay was the lovely bunch of employees we met here. A special note for Rebecca and Aashish working at the Flavours restaurant, they both were so nice, helpful and equally efficient at their work.

A group of three families stayed for two nights, taking advantage of great rates during the COVID19 break. The hotel is under refurb but most appears complete. We have stayed at the Danat before and this was a huge step up in quality and customer service with a real family feel. Everything was reasonably priced and of a very good quality from the superior double room we stayed in, the food served at the Flavours restaurant to the outdoor facilities and gym. My wife and I also had excellent massages at the Spa. I wish we’d stayed longer. Look out for deals and available as a BOGOF on Entertainer. We will definitely return here next time we want to visit Al Ain.

We are extended stay guests with family living in the area. ALL the staff have been attentive, friendly, and go the extra mile to serve us and our little grandchildren. Elvira and team know all the guests by name and work to keep the pool area spotless, The restaurant staff serve a wide variety of delicious meals and are quick to notice detailed ways to serve: Chef Teesan, the manager, and servers Abigail, Shyadev, Kenneth . . . Finally, we feel honored to be adopted "parents" to the attentive housekeeping staff: Kakeb, Lesante, Kalesh, Genevieve . . . If you come here, expect to be cared for by an entire staff family!

Checked in to this hotel this evening for a 2 night stay. Check in was very quick and efficient, however we were given incorrect information about evening meals- told our only option after 7pm was the seafood special night (neither of us like seafood), only to later find as we walked around other pubs/ restaurants at the hotel were also open.
We ate at Pacos, food was lovely and very well priced, drinks also well priced. Lovely atmosphere and great service!
We then returned to our room (garden view studio), to find the road outside was rather noisy, as there seemed to be some accommodation or shops behind the hotel. We also struggled to get our shower to work. Maintenance arrived quickly and could get the shower to work very inconsistently, but insisted it was fine. When we requested a room change this was granted, done very promptly and efficiently by a lovely, helpful man.
Unfortunately the new room is even noisier with music outside and very thin walls from people in rooms around us!
The front desk seem eager to help, but this hotel is definitely not the peaceful weekend away we were hoping for!
Would be great if just using it for a base, or for families- there seems great facilities.
Rooms are very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities! Very easy to locate, and grounds are lovely and well kept.

Lots of positives for this hotel, unfortunately not the basics of a quiet nights sleep that we were looking for.

The reception and check-in stuff were very nice and helpful. The chalet was perfectly clean, modern and everything in it was operational. It had a lovely terrace which I did not use due to the hot weather, but was useful for drying the swim suits and towels. The location was conveniently close to the swimming pool. What I liked most was the sanitary (bathroom) with that touch lighting mirror, and the check-out timing flexibility. On the other hand, I would have liked to find more electricity outlets, and I also wish that the water was cooler in the shower, as it was hot (due to high temperature outside) even when switched to the cool mode. The hotels amenities were comprehensively available, the food was good and all the hotel people were polite, attentive and responsive to every call. At the swimming pool, the lifeguards were very vigilant and helpful. And, above all, the price was very attractive.

One of the best property to stay in Al Ain. We stayed in a Villa, which is very well maintained and have all necessities which can be thought of. Perfect for family travelling with kids (of any age). Parking was really very well planned and management needs to be complimented for this. Beautiful Pool, where kids can surely spends hours. We took half board but would say food was average (not may choices for vegetarians). Overall perfect place to have memorable holidays in Al Ain.

This hotel only opened to the public recently and the staff have done a superb job in preparing the hotel for guests. The main visitor areas are all clean and following all government guidelines to keep customers safe. Some less populated areas of the hotel are in need of attention and require clearing up and tyding, especially around by the chalets, but given time no doubt this will too be the same standard of the rest of the hotel.

What gives this hotel a 5 star and high five is 'The Staff'. Without a doubt they ALL go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and easy. From the swimming pool staff (shout out to Ravi and his wonderful lifeguards, Nazim, Elvie, keeping everyone safe whilst following government guidelines) To Rabea at the pool restaurant working to provide guests with food and beverage requirements at a high pace.

I have only good things to say about the staff at this hotel. Who work tirelessly to make your stay memorable. Sheila at the cafe bar,Shuba,Sodip, saleh. Providing you will all your needs for a comfortable stay.

I mention just a few names, but a big thank you to all. Radisson Blu.....your people make this hotel what it is. Thank you.

We will see you again very soon our Al ain family.

Our first stay at this hotel, we chose mainly due to location.
We were able to checkin early which was wonderful and duty manager, Mohamed Ibrahim, was very accommodating and able to sort out a discrepancy about the rate with breakfast options.

From what I can tell most (as in the main building) of the hotel is shut for visitors and only the chalet rooms are allocated. This meant that more than half of their outlets are closed. As we were mainly there for business it was fine for us.

Breakfast was served in the Club House cafe and not buffet (as reservations had said) but a la cart selection adhering to Covid regulations.
In the evening there was an Iftar served in their Arabic restaurant, Makani.

The wifi connection was bit slow and intermittent upon checkin but resolved later in the day.

Overall, adequate, comfortable & peaceful for our stay of one night.

In closing, having worked in hospitality before, I’d like to say KUDOS to all the staff working there. It’s not an easy time for all and they doing a good job!

Everything was very good especially family pool and fitness facilities. I choose half board standard room, room and facilities where good toiletries are attractive and nice perfumed. Breakfast and dinner from flavors restaurant was beyond expectation. Services are very good especially a staff named 'mercy' from flavors restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Slides in family pool give some sort of happiness. And the loop pool gave satisfaction for swimming. Check in and check out are extremely fast in took only 3-4 minutes and for check in they only asked us for the ID card. Happy and satisfied will go again.

I could not commend the staff enough for their friendliness. We were so glad to have been upgraded to a chalet. The room wasn't that spacious but really comfortable. Everything was operating well and I like the well lit bathroom mirror for prepping my make up. All amenities were provided with a generous supply! I loved when the their stewarding staff knocked to check if we need some more water. All staff were friendly, approachable and constantly asking what we need. The customer service was too much in a good way.

This hotel is a bit outdated, but I am after the ambience and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had alot of choices and in a good serving portion. We had seafood dinner outside the patio and there's not a single insect that came join us.

I loved my morning coffee overlooking the garden and sound of the birds all around. The hotel, restaurant and the pool adheres to covid standard and we felt safe and comfortable, they even gave us a kit for protection.
