Very Nice Hotel, Very nice staff especially SanSan and Ervin from housekeeping section, Restaurant staff are very expert and Professional. Also, Very smart staff in reception. Nice Hotel, Very cooperative staff especially Hashem In Reception and Marry In Jym Reception are very Sweet and Professional. Very smart room and clean as well. Staff are professional. Swimming pool is so cool. Very big parking as well . Good thing is Hili Mall gateway in hotel .

I have been a long-term guest here for over three years. The hotel is good value for the price, as it is quiet, scenic, and has a pool that accommodates lane swimming (though you might have to adjust around the swimming lessons). The staff is very responsive and helpful. The manager Fady is very friendly and personable, the receptionists Peace, Christian, Raheem, and Hashem are always at your service. The dining hall staff are very hospital and attentive, including Solange, Lily, Amman, Swathi, and many others whose names I wish I got, and the kitchen makes the best steak (and beef burger) I've had in this country (I wish I got the names of the many chefs I've met that have passed through, in addition to the current one's, Rahul). The housekeeping staff Mahendra (forgetting the other floor manager's name) and Vincent are very responsive. The entrance security guards are courteous and respectful. Bellhops Binod, Kashef, Shinto, and Edrine (plus others) have been very good with incoming packages. And last but not least, Jevis the IT support has always come through with a tech fix for the internet WiFi.…

It's always a great stay at Hili Rayhaan by Rotana, Al Ain. The comfy bed and the cozy room makes me feel so at home! I love relaxing at the steam room and the poolside and what keeps me coming back is the over the top cleanliness of the whole place, the peaceful surroundings and most of all, the friendly and very accommodating staff. 🙂👌👍

My stay with Hilli Rahyaan was wonderful. I was with my family for a retreat. Service along with ambience is great. We had an amazing time in the pool and we were assisted by very friendly guard Birendra. He managed to make our day with his down to earth personality.

Rotana is one the few hotels that I and my loved ones always choose to stay for relaxation and business trips. It is one of the hotels that I would personally, highly recommend because of the space, ambience and security. It is with great dismay that I would make a review regarding their security personnel, specifically Mr. Ganesh of Al Ain Rotana by Rayhaan. We stayed for some time and during that time, I and my family had never ever felt so creeped out, stalked and power-tripped our entire life by a person that is supposed to give a peace of mind. I hope the management would review first the psychological behavior and capacity of the people they are hiring. Meeting Mr. Ganesh left me and my family disturbed and alarmed since he has been like stalking us, talked to us like he is always watching and even called our personal number. I hope this branch of Rotana will continue to uphold it's name.…
