The hotel is superb Staff are very welcoming and helpful Room service is very meticulate and skillful Restaurant is very clean and delicious wuth large portions and good prices as well as the breakfast The hotel has its door to Ayla mall which facilitates easy movement I d like mention Mrs roxanne , a true model of how a receptionist should be , welcoming and helpful Mr george who worked during his vacation day to make my reservation and make the transition to the hotel super smooth Mr osama who is aleays present with his great help and support I d like to re visit the hotel and highly recommend

I would first like to say I received the best service from Rose. From when I called and made my booking to when I arrived at the hotel. I just want to say thank you. She checked on me and made sure my stay was comfortable and amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool area it was very lovely. The restaurant and their fresh food. My room was very nice. The bed had me sleeping like sleeping beauty. It was the most comfortable bed.
