Amazing spot for family leisure. Well maintained. Another home to stay away from home.Nice Barbecue platform on the back side. Appliances and cutleries included. TV’s need upgrade for smartphone casting enabled for Netflix etc.

First of all the reservation from the website was a disaster, No confirmation email or message Once reached only came to know about extra tax Then nobody to direct to the location after checkin No information or explaining about the events or activities over there Plus the internet fee additional 50aed was no where mentioned and the staff response was ridiculous .. First of all let's talk about privacy, you have your own privacy , I'm going to the same place from 2016 till today never saw anything dirty or not cleaned but there is a big issue with the house keeping that they are little and they have alot of work to do , all the stuff are friendly even the security team , thanks to the gm for the hard work and thanks for every one who's works hard

We went there as a family. It was our 1st family vacation since the beginning of the pandemic. Our choice was for that place was based on the good reviews and being within the same Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and therefore no Corona testing was required to get there. Some of the pros for the place are the following: 1. They are individual chalets which means each of them has its own separate ventilation system and has a space around it which is an excellent advantage during the pandemic 2.It's clean and sanitised for you when you arrive there, at least according to their claim 3. Its close to Jamal Hakeem and other outings/ scenery 4. Ver spacious. We stayed in two bedroom and it has full kitchen and appliances and two full bathrooms and a living room. If you take the couches into account it could easily sleep 6 adults. Some of the cons where 1. Some of the villas are run down and showing signs of ageing with no proper maintenance. 2. the place where we stayed the door did not close properly and there was a strong smell of sewer coming from in or outside the place. Not sure if this endemic to the whole area, but might want to check your place before you unpack. 3. there were no open playgrounds for children Which was a big disappointment for them number 4.pictures for the place seemed to suggest a swimming pool on the property but we could not see any pool anywhere 5. There is no food services or restaurants The premises Suggestions for the management Clearly most of the villas were vacant. The management should consider allowing early check in and late checkout to be more competitive and attractive. They should take care of the property and present it in a better way. Where we stayed there were piles of dry hay in the back. You could tell no landscaping was done in ages They should considered complete online pricessing that would not require you to interact with reception and provide sanitation Material such as disinfection spray and soap as the only soap that was available what was in the bathrooms. No dish soap. No napkins. They should add outdoors furniture for the spacious patios they have in the back which are essentially useless with no chairs or tables. And finally they should consider cutting back on the rate. In this time and age it doesn't make sense that you pay over AED 700 for a 2 bedroom chalet in an area that is clearly no more than 5% occupied and during a pandemic that has deterred many of us from going out.…

Random planned trip,turned out to be perfect !! Simple yet perfect getaway below rocky mountains. Good not to be loaded with commercial offerings,sometimes keeping it simple is the best,which this property does.Mr Chaudhary at reception was good,since no inhouse restaurants ,you dont see other staff too much . Was good with good location and clean rooms. The size of rooms were quite nice . However there was a problem at the check in . We had booked the chalets 1 month in advance. We had a conversation with Ms. Wendy from the reservation team multiple times about extra bed and mattresses where she confirmed that the same will be certainly available upon check in as well. However to our surprise when we reached the reception, they mentioned no extra beds available and that they are not sure what the reservation desk had said as the reservation and reception are different departments. This was a complete shock and not a very welcoming / pleasant experience and we felt cheated

These chalets serve a great weekend getaway option, offering privacy and allowing you to cook your own food. If you are bored of kitchen cooking, there is the option of barbeque. Rooms are massive and the compound is beautiful, green and very well maintained. And although you live close to the public barbeque and picnic areas, you aren't really disturbed.

Booked a two bed chalet for me and my family for one night to have a small change in daily weekend routine. Starting with the chalets, it is located beside jabal hafeet and around green mubazzarah park, lovely green place full of open area that is great for kids to play and enjoy their time. The chalet itself is completely private with a private outdoor area and a private covered parking, bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms- all private. You can enjoy your barbeque with the installed grill in which you can prepare your food and have a great outdoor seating beside, very spacious. It is recommended to bring with you park chairs and tables since there is no in the out area in the chalet, otherwise you will have to use the inner table and chairs. The chalet overall is very comfortable and relaxing and a good place to enjoy your time and break your routine. Loved it and sure will come back and recommend it to my friends. There is also a one bedroom chalet option to book. No breakfast is available in the chalets so better bring with you to cook and prepare or you could order from close by restaurants. At Check in they hand you a list of all restaurants that deliver to your chalet.…
