First of all, this hotel has a wonderful location. We spent a few days here. Clean beach and pool area and there were lifeguards. The staff was helpful and courteous. Part of the hotel needs renovation.

When we first arrived they made us wait an hour for our rooms to get ready even though it should've been ready. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are way too expensive for their poor quality of food. The rooms were too small, and the towels weren't many. The elevator was small too, and the cleaning crew is always late sometimes...

This hotel was a 4-star back in the 90's probably, but not anymore. It is very, very old!! All furniture and appliances are outdated. The TV in the room was smaller than a regular laptop screen. Bedside drawer had a built-in radio from decades ago. The mattress was deformed from all the tourists sitting down to change in front of...

The water in the pool is nice but can be a little bit colder. Beach is in front of the hotel with gray/white sands, clean. The real...

Very good selection of food in restaurant and staff were very friendly helpful. Wifi even in the sea;) The hotel is bargain for the price and it's nice to be away from Dubai as...
