We booked this hotel as a family for a short stopover; we got an early check in on request. What can I say, this is without a doubt one of the best five star hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms and the whole complex are lovingly designed, full of amenities, everything is very clean. The service is perfect and incredibly friendly. The rooms are made up again for the evening in the late afternoon, there is a free minibar with water and small welcome snacks. One feels very welcome here. The breakfast is legendary. Sharjah (is its own emirate) is easy to get to from the airport and the center of Dubai is not that far away either. So, all in all an interesting alternative to the mass hotels in Dubai and from our side a clear recommendation. Price-performance ratio is extremely good, i.e. for the luxury you get here you would actually have to pay much more.

Well, what a beautiful, elegant and luxurious hotel. It is expensive, but worth every penny. It's nice to treat ourselves now and again I suppose. We were welcomed at the Valet parking where the gentlemen were very attentive, especially with my Dad who has mobility issues. We were then escorted to check in where we were given a welcome drink. There was no need to go to reception, the receptionist came to us. The room itself was spotless and continued with the Arabic traditional vibe that you are surrounded by by being in the Heart of Sharjah. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and was given 5* service from the moment we entered. Mi was our server for both services and she was very friendly and approachable. Overall I would say that as a treat, and as a little escape from the hustle bustle of Dubai it's nice to treat yourself to a little bit of luxury at the Chedi.

Hidden gem in Sharjah!!!! Booked for a party of 7 collegues (+ a baby) Service was top notch, rooms were way above our expectations.
The entire team were so kind and accommodating. A baby bottle sanizer, baby cot and diaper genie was also provided for me and baby when we arrived. The place is very beautiful and quiet. You have a lot of privacy. The spa staff is very kind. Arya is very responsive on the email communication and very helpful and patient. She solved all my questions and was flexible when I asked her several times to change the dates. Also Sam, the guy that is working at the pool, is very caring and attentive. He paid attention to every detail and helped my father during his treatment and checked on him in the sauna and pool to make sure he drinks enough water. I would say very professional. The only con is that we were not informed that the steam room was not open, and for the money you pay… we should have the right to access all the facilities.

We spent 4 days here at Chedi Al Bait over Christmas 2024. I am actually writing this from the restaurant where we have enjoyed great food, ambience, and service during Breakfast and Dinner services.
The property is unique with quiet alcoves to enjoy the day. At times it feels like you have the whole place to yourself.
Our hotel room was well furnished with ample space to lounge and relax. Housekeeping staff have great attention to detail and I appreciate that they kept our water restocked and our rooms tidy.
The location is great for museum goers. The Chedi Al Bait team are a great and cohesive group. Thank you for a worthwhile experience in the Heart of Sharjah.

We were received by the reception department, they were very kind, and they gave us a violet-colored drink that was refreshing and very tasty, with pieces of a cold towel to wipe the face due to the high temperature, then we went to room it was very relaxing . We went to breakfast and everything was organized and nice. Mrs. Boji (I don't remember her name very much) was a waitress who was very nice. We also enjoyed a lot of the place, services, food and everything. They were all nice. I took a solo weekend trip here in the summer and had the best experience. Bilal at reception was so friendly and had kindly upgraded my room to one in the more traditional part of the hotel (with a gorgeous patio!). The room was really well decorated, and came with some really lovely finishing touches (dates, homemade granola and welcome cakes). The hotel itself is stunning and the facilities were fab - the gym was surprisingly well equipped considering its size. Breakfast was flavourful and there was plenty to eat - Maneesha was very helpful here in the restaurant and in the cafe as well when I popped in for a tea in the afternoon. I had a lovely facial at the spa as well. The reception staff helped me to book taxis and Said's assistance was much appreciated. Overall an amazing stay and I would love to return in the winter months to explore Sharjah more!

It is very close to the creek but that is more of a boating waterway. The hotel does offer access to a private beach about 2km away and provides a free shuttle service between the hotel and beach.
