Good value place 2 minutes walk from the bus station, but on a quiet street. A few blocks to the old town (an easy 10 minute walk) + close to places to eat and drink. Breakfast is fine, all the normal stuff, more choice in the sweet than the savoury. Rooms clean, bed comfortable even though it was two single...

Just a short walk away from the Harbor/ bus station, this posada is nice and clean. The owner and her son were very nice and helpful. It will take you less tha 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Just a bit noisy if you are on the ground floor, bring your earplugs you will need those pretty much...

Posada le Vrero was wonderful! This bed and breakfast has nine rooms. I stayed in their 'penthouse' room which was accessed via a stairway that was located in the courtyard. The room had its own terrace and was completely private and most of all, quiet. The hotel had free Wi-Fi and free breakfast with meats, cheeses, muffins, toast, cereal, etc....

Coming from the bus station, we were pleased to only walk a block to get to this lovely posada. Luciano is incredibly friendly, talks a mile a minute, and is extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Our room was sweet and had everything we needed. Bed was a little too soft for me. It was a very easy walk to...

We spent two nights here and it was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. It was a short walk to the old town and literally a two minute walk from bith the ferry terminal and the bus station. Colonia is an easy and safe place to walk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

This beautiful house-with-a-history is successfully turned into a great boutique B&B. Our host Luciano was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us a lot of useful tips for exploring the city. Because of these tips we got the most out of our short visit to Colonia. The room, bathroom and bed are great. The breakfast is good and Luciano constantly...

I have nothing bad to say about this BnB...we only stayed for one night but everything was wonderful. The gentleman on the front desk was so friendly and carried our ridiculously heavy bags all the way up to the top floor. The room was large with a small balcony, and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, and Colonia...

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived on a rainy afternoon and were given a lot of helpful tips and recommendations. We stayed in the upstairs room with private terrace. The room was spacious and we had fairly good wifi and never had issues with hot water. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is situated very...

This was a very nice hotel in a quiet location, a short walk from the old town. Free parking available outside. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection of items. The owner was helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions for restaurants and things to see. Our room was clean, with an en-suite bathroom and free wifi. If we...

This renovated old home has (I think) 9 rooms. The welcome was great, lots of information provided by the smiling owner and family. We had 2 rooms at the back, 1 opened onto the garden with chairs, umbrellas etc. The other room, upstairs, had it's own private terrace. Good hot water, comfortable beds and good wifi. Breakfast in continental style...
