This hotel was not the one designated by our tour agent. We were disappointed as it was a modern building out in the middle of nowhere. The room was comfortable and reasonably appointed; the breakfast, though adequately varied, was not as good as Malika Hotel, Bukhara. Some of it was cold. The lobby staff was not able to speak English and...

We had to take this hotel after being told by our guide that our choice of Malika Hotel was closed. Not sure if this was true. Desk staff not competent to handle groups. Rooms were spacious and comfortable but huge issues with hot water and also air conditioning. Hot water comes after about 15 minutes of leaving the tap on....

Stayed for 3 nights. Well out of the town centre and near the airport. Large room with firm beds. No safe and aircon noisy and ineffectual not helped by the fact that they kept turning it off during the night. Shower was good but water poured out all over the floor through a corner where the door didn't fit. No...

Travelers would be advised to steer clear of this hotel. It does not deserve its four star rating. The rooms are very minimal and the fitness center is mediocre at best. We were part of a large group and the tour agency was told about our displeasure.

The hotel is next to the airport but quiet. Very helpful staff. I must mention the gentleman in the Dining area who helped our group prepare and serve our food ( we had carried some with us ). Their restaurant was not operational and we were tired and hungry and far from any local eateries. The room was very basic,...

When I checked out of this hotel my reactions were mixed. My shower didn't work and there was no tea making facilities in otherwise neat and tidy room. But when I reached Bukhara I realized that I left my expensive cell phone in the room. I never expected to get the phone back but I thought I could at least...

Though the hotel isn't really centrally located it is a very good international level hotel. It meets the European standards. Service was very good. Helpful staff . The breakfast spread was good. Hotel was very close to the airport and one could actually see the planes parked. Over all very good experience.

The hotel is just by the airport, so it's isolated if you want to walk anywhere. It's a cab ride to & from the city. That said, it has a reasonable restaurant, a pleasant garden, a large, well-equipped gym and an indoor pool. The rooms all have balconies, but are not over-large. The bathroom we had, was a shower only...

Though near Samarkand airport the hotel is in a quiet area, away from the town and it's busy streets. It's neat, clean with a spacious lobby and well appointed rooms that are a good size. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially so to in a country where most speak only the local language.Breakfast on the house is substantial. However,...
