This hotel is basic but clean and adequate for a couple of nights. The beds are clean and the water is hot, which is all you need after a heavy day walking around Samarkand. I didn't test the TV - no desire to - but the sockets worked to re-charge my camera batteries. A slight problem with the cistern in...

Stayed here as part of a tour of Uzbekistan. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the Registan and other main sights. The rooms are different sizes - ours was a family room, quite spacious and comfortable. It's a modest hotel, with a basic bathroom, but clean and with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is served in...

the staff was friendly and the patio was nice, although the room was rather overpriced. this hotel is located right next to Registan Square and other landmarks, like Tamerlan´s mausoleum, which makes it very convenient

Since I give honest reviews I shall not decorate the truth. This b&b has friendly staff. The location is very good near the Register. The rooms are bog and the bathroom as well. The TV is only I. Russian and the taps in th bathroom are outdated! Little dribble from the tap. The bed is as hard as nails and...

The hotel is very good positioned in Samarkand easy walking distance to the main attractions. The side road to reach the hotel might feel strange at first instance as you come off one of the main boulevards into a rather dusty road in the back of some apartment blocks. But once you reach the hotel it feels like a small...

the hotel by itself is in a good position and the old fashioned structure and fornitures can impress you in a good way but the hotel maintenance and service are very bad. i booked the luxury room, its a very big room with one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom is very very small, far away for being...

I agree with the Spanish solo traveler, to be careful when offered something by the receptionist called Becka. He offered to take me to a place I wanted to visit and asked me to wait till he got off, so I waited a couple of hours and than we entered (his?) the car....and started driving, during the drive he asked...

The only real plus is it's location (which is just across the road from the registan) My main gripe is with the bathroom as: (1) The water temparature never got above a luke warm (2) Water was leaking from somewhere near the toilet (3) The shower is against the wall without any enclosure or shower base, so the whole bathroom...

This hotel was great, I stayed here for three nights in which I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were simple , very clean with television,mini- refrigerator,Shower-bath, bathroom soaps/shampoos.The entrance to the hotel is a courtyard with antiques abound with a small pool .Entering the complex is like a elaborant home tastefully decorated as you go towards the rooms....

I came in a tour and we all had completely different rooms. I started off in a fairly normal international standard room but an older couple on the tour asked to swap and I found myself in a single-bed room with TV with a spiral staircase leading up to a large twin-bed room upstairs. Full of character. The TV didn't...
