Nice clean rooms, good sized. We had a shared balcony then moved to one with a private balcony for our last night. Staff as a whole were nice, one slightly grumpy guy but still pleasant enough. Swimming pool nice, good size, but cold, maybe down to the weather. Be careful stepping in as it's very slippy! Breakfast great value. Couldn't...

We found this hotel in Lonely Planet. It never failed to please. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Enjoyed cooling down in the pool. Easy walk to old town. Would definitely recommend. The hotel's rooms had fans and air conditioning. We missed being able to make a hot drink in our room, but two bottles of water was provided each day....

Stay in this hotel for 2 night with my family. The room was great, clean, big bed. Hotel near to old quarter about 15min walking. Have a pool which was great, but wifi here is terrible , I have to go down sit at the lobby just to read the news. The Staffs were very nice, breakfast... well... it's good...

The hotel is nice and they have an outside terrace which is perfect to have drink. The rooms are ok; not beautiful but they are clean and spacious. We loved our balcony with a little table and sofas. The wifi wasn't great and the AC always stopped working in the morning. The lady working at reception and serving breakfast was...

My girlfriend and I originally booked 4 nights here, then ended up staying a week and a half. Staff are very polite and helpful (booking private vehicles to local attractions like My Son Sanctuary), large comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, free bottled water in rooms, beautiful views from the private balcony, five minute walk from central old town, great pool to...

Loved this place. Big room, deck with table and chairs to ourselves. Free botyled water each day. Bathroom had separate shower and bath tub! Breakfast included (very good) and staff made Pho one morning for us because we requested it. Very friendly staff. Laundry service was more expensive than normal but not crazy. When my daughter needed some non-urgent medical...

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very attentive, and provided us excellent information about the area. We liked the fact that we could rent a bicycle right from the hotel. The morning breakfasts were also very nice, and gave us a taste of the culture each day. We were close to everything, and found it really comfortable. I...

For context, location is most important to me when it comes to accommodation as I spend most of my time outdoors. I've spent 2 nights at this hotel and I'm in my late 20s. Location - on the same street there are a couple of other hotels, 3 massage places, and a small convenient store as well as a couple...

- They let us check in at 7am and go to our room when we arrived off an early train as we were lucky enough that our room was free - Great location 5 minutes walk to the centre of the 'ancient town' - We ate til we nearly burst every morning ordering multiple options off the breakfast menu -...

We had the best breakfast of our entire tour in Vietnam. We could choose as many dishes as we wanted from a menu. They were all prepared fresh. We can highly recommend the fruits. Rooms were good, the bath had a bit of mould. The hotel also has a small swimming pool.
