We stayed at this hotel 4 nights in Nov 2012. The standard room we got was big and clean - USD 30,- per room per night incl. breakfast. Very nice straf. Standard simple breakfast incl. No pool as advised in Lonely Planet. All together we were very happy with this hotel and would choose this option again if coming back...

Pool currently unavailable. It might be worth checking other options in town. They charged 1 USD a day for bike hire. Pick-up from the train station worked perfectly and is worth the 16 USD. Rooms OK with A/C, bathroom below standards, no shower curtain. Staff helpful but not very friendly.

First off, there is NO POOL as both Tripadvisor and Lonely Planet (2011) state. You should know that right off the bat. There is also no restaurant as Lonely Planet describes, just breakfast service in the morning. We booked this hotel because it was listed as a top choice in the Lonely Planet. We didn't mind that it was not...

Stayed on the 2nd floor. Room very quite with no street noise. Bed was extra hard. Bathroom included the usual asian style shower over the toilet. Plenty of hot water, room serviced daily & very clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Stayed 2 nights before heading to Nha Trang Hotel has no lift so if you have a heavy pack or...

Friendly and helpful staff with excellent English took our booking and were very concerned that we got to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The very nice guy in reception was very concerned that we got the most out of our stay in Hoi An and drew detailed maps for the old town,...

The room was spacious but didn't have any of the usual small perks like complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, water etc. The place seemed fairly clean but the sheets had some small rips in them, overall the room was nothing special. The bathroom was a bit average. Breakfast was nothing special and the fruit tasted like onions. The staff were nice...

We arrived from halong bay late at night. No shower curtain, thin and small towels, not much for brekkie. Managers were good. I went for a massage at one of the nearby spas and 2milion dong( about $80) was taken from my bag. At night, when leaving a bar, one of the 4 girls we were travelling with nearly had...

Our family of five stayed for 5 nights. First they had lost our reservation, but it turned out ok. We had planned to stay 3 nights but really liked Hoi An and extended the stay. It's neither five star location, rooms or service, but all in all a good over average option, so we saw no real reason to go...

The hotel is fine, nothing special. Breakfast is occidental but food is low quality. The thing really disapponted me is that the hotel's owner suggested us to go to kimmy tailor to have tailored made suits, saying that this was a very good place. We did, and than we discovered that the prices are duble in comparison to the other...
