We have recently returned from a 2 week stay in Hoi An. We stumbled upon La Tonnelle and decided to stop for some lunch. Wow, this place is a hidden Gem. Great Quality food, amazing taste and value. Highly recommended

We booked this homestay, which is essentially a restaurant with 2-3 bedrooms, way in advance & found it to be an interesting place. Our room was incredibly charming, although a bit musty after a rainstorm. It was above the courtyard but we didn't really hear any noise from the restaurant, which was pleasing. The breakfast was so-so but the tea...

We stayed at La Tonnelle for 3 nights and we were glad to find this gem at the heart of the Old Town. Location is perfect, few steps from the Japanese Bridge, on the new side where many shops and restaurant recently opened. Thus, it is less busy than the main streets of Tran Phu or Nguyen Thai Hoc. Yet,...

This is a homey and pleasant place with very friendly staff. Great location, within walking distance of the harbor shops and restaurants. Breakfast food was delicious. Fresh baguettes and omelets, juices, coffees, all good. Other reviewers have commented on the lack of hot water in the shower as the main disadvantage. On this point, I agree. They were spot on....

I booked 3 nights with La Tonnelle and eventually decided to spend one more night here. The hotel is in the Old Quarter but on the other side of the Bridge, which is a great location because you can stay away from all the noise and crowd. The decoration is charming and the room is exceptionally nice. I personally like...

This is a charming and homy place perfectly located just a few steps from the Japanese bridge. This hotel has 3 rooms, 2 upstairs and one large room with kitchen, living room and a private courtyard at the back. We stayed in the room downstairs. Its clean and comfortable. The only downside during our stay is the hot water was...

This hotel only has 3 rooms and therefore you would expect the owner of the structure to turn them into little "Jewels". Instead, the rooms are very basic with little confort and no care: no hot water (it's hard to take a cold shower when the oustide temperature is 10 degrees Celsius and very rainy), our double bed was equipped...

As a fan of old house, i was very pleased to stay in La Tonnelle guest house. The deco is charming and homy, with a relaxing outdoor sitting area. My room have a lovely outdoor terrace with some greens. It is a little humid because its still raining season (no worry, room is very clean), but it just make the...

La Tonnelle has a very charming feel about it. The lovely terrace in front serves several choices of breakfast (included if you rent a room), and some very good lunch and dining options as well. The guesthouse is small, with only three rooms. The two upstairs rooms are fairly basic and small, but they are nicely rustic decorated and the...
